Its a really COol Weapon....But i got to say....It Jiggles Way Too Much..... Scout has enough weapons, it should be a medic melee:
- On hit: +30% heal rate for 10 seconds
- +15% Movement speed while active
- +30% fire damage vulnerability
- +10% firing speed
