This was too hard for me to do. So I sv_cheated and noclip to the end. Then the elevator didnt make the map end

Pros:
• Clever puzzle that utilizes many elements;
• Decently detailed environment;

Cons:
• Exit doesn't seem to trigger end of map;
• Map's a bit dour;

Yes, the clipping texture without visibility is weird, as it always is (maybe put a piece of glass there or something?). Anyhow, the solution is elegant, although glitchy (game engine's fault).

Hey man, awesome map! The trickiest part for me, believe it or not, was to make the connection between placing the gel and placing a simple portal an setting the bridge. It was just a simple portal change of location, but it was not straightforward I thought it was very creative. I have a similar segment in my own map, but that part, that "setting up" of things was pretty awesome. Congrats on a great map [ ]

Hi. You asked for evaluation in a thread so I had a look ;)
You wrote some find the solution quickly, others not. I guess I belong to the 'others not' :D
My patience kinda got a bit to the limit after 30min and I got very tired (was late) so I kinda completely failed by hitting my mouse over some spoilers in the comment section *ouch*. It's a solution that kinda never came into my mind, cause - I don't know why. I guess I never saw this before, so it's really hard to find.

The look is simply awesome and fits the scenery. It almost feels like a Tomb Raider situation, awesome.
Two negative things:
- The player clip on the bridge, make it visible. Put some trash, garbage or plants hanging from the roof.
- Same for the portal blocker up there. It feels weird if portals don't reach the target, although you have a clear visual.
Besides that, awesome map and highly recommended!

The ExFu glitch is a particularly weird glitch. very few people know how to do it but it involves crouching on the edge of a funnel and slowly leaving it so that you can fly without the need of the funnel. So basically if you know how you can fly straight to the exit :)

Nice map, good design. my comments:
-solution 1 - jump off the far pile of foliage into the funnel and then to the exit. (think it's the "ExFu glitch")
-solution 2 - put cube on button, making an orange track on floor and placing one portal at the end and one on the angled panel. Run along orange track and jump before entering the portal
-solution 3 - place two portals next to each other at the end of the funnel, take the reverse funnel back to the entrance and duck/walk down under the fizzler
-solution 4 - offset lightbridge through an offset portal at the end of the funnel, walk along the lightbridge back to the start and crouch under the fizzler
-debris before exit ledge is floating
-debris in front of exit door intersects the exit door
-you can funnel yourself into the skybox

I think I found the intended way cover angled lightbridge in orange gel using funnel, and run up it

What is the ExFu Glitch and how do you skip the chamber? I have playtested this map many times and I have not found any other way to solve the puzzle than the intended way.

The funnel makes it possible to skip out the entire chamber using the ExFu glitch

The gel spawning at the end of the tube is important for the puzzle. The gel spawning at the end of the tube makes an unintended solution impossible.

The main room was too bright and the gel was spawning at the end of the tube, but other than that, great!
