No, in the vanilla version here it uses the fire breath projectile.

Does it have the Bloodskal effect if I have Dragonborn?
DEvasto  [author] Dec 25, 2016 @ 6:52am
Bring it to a smelter; you can switch its format to a 1-hander there, though be advised this will undo any tempering you've done to it.

DEvasto  [author] Dec 5, 2016 @ 5:21pm
It says up in the description.
🐉 KirosLeDragon 🐉 Dec 5, 2016 @ 3:42pm
Where is it's location?
GamingVIA Nov 19, 2016 @ 5:32pm
Like both of the mods. I tried spawning it with it's code, based on the video, but it ended in failure. I still like the Bloodskal Blade effect. Keep making mods and working on this one.
DEvasto  [author] Oct 4, 2016 @ 11:01am
It can't be disenchanted and it's unlikely I'll ever make it so, because of how the effect works. It's not directly tied to the enchantment on the sword, it's handled by a specialized quest and a few scripts, and said scripts look specifically for the Infinity Sword. Hence, if I made it disenchantable, the power attack effects wouldn't come with.
magicbuyer22 Oct 3, 2016 @ 10:51pm
is the sword able to be disenchanted? i really want the effects of the fireball when it swings and stuff but cant find any mods that add that kind of "enchantment" to weapons. thanks

Trundle on down to Winterhold and head straight on through the joint, the road leads right up towards the college. To get in you'll have to cast a spell, which is chosen at random. The one giving you the test will likely sell the spell you'll need, if you don't already have it. If you're at a certain point in the main quest (when you're gunning for an Elder Scroll), you can offer to Shout in order to gain entry instead.
supercraft2001 Sep 28, 2016 @ 12:16pm
HOW DOES THIS QUEST ?
DEvasto  [author] Sep 28, 2016 @ 11:54am
It's in Labyrinthian, but to get inside the ruin you'll need to do the College of Winterhold quest.
supercraft2001 Sep 28, 2016 @ 11:19am
how do we find the weapon ?
DEvasto  [author] Sep 28, 2016 @ 11:13am
I could give the ID, but there's a reason I usually don't and instead instruct folk to use the help command: Item ID's aren't static, the first two digits change depending on where the mod is in your load order, so for one person it could be 0A000D62, but for another it could be 11000D62. Using the help command is one of the faster, easier ways to find out what the ID is, otherwise you'd have to rely on Wrye Bash or Mod Organizer.
supercraft2001 Sep 28, 2016 @ 10:27am
Where is a Donjon ?
supercraft2001 Sep 28, 2016 @ 10:26am
Give me the ID plz
DEvasto  [author] Sep 28, 2016 @ 9:45am
Best bet is to plug "help infinity" into the console, without quotes, that should bring the sword's ID up.
supercraft2001 Sep 28, 2016 @ 2:52am
HELP plz what is items command ?
DEvasto  [author] Jul 21, 2016 @ 11:25am
Yeah, that's a recent addition. I had wanted a fear "blast" that occurs when you unsheath the sword, but I couldn't get it to work right so I abandoned it. Then with the overhaul update I instated an Intense Flames-like fear effect and later adjusted it to occur when the opponent is below 40% health.
Your Best Friend The Man Jul 21, 2016 @ 9:02am
Was The Infinity Sword ment to fear people too? Because after a while of uesing it got a fear effect.
DEvasto  [author] Jul 19, 2016 @ 12:28pm
Just "infinity sword"
DoodleBob Two-DimensionalPants Jul 19, 2016 @ 12:08pm
Is the item name "infinity sword" or "the infinity sword"?
Gandalf You Shall Not Pass Jul 8, 2016 @ 8:12am
ITEM ID?
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 7:32pm
Ok, that's usually a sign that a mod is missing a master, like for example if you tried to use a mod that uses a DLC you don't have. Silmeri though is vanilla so another mod you installed might be at fault, provided of course there wasn't a goof on my end and I uploaded a DLC version.
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:52am
aftet the betesheda logo
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 9:50am
Does it do it after the Bethesda logo or can you load a game & it craps when you mouse over the sword in your inventory?
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:48am
just craps out
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 9:47am
Newer Skyrim update, huh? I'll have to look into that. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work, I think Silmeri was made after the official 1.9 update (which was back in 2013, I'm not aware of any new official updates). Does the mod not download or does the game just crap out?
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:35am
i like the op kind of wepons
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:35am
it does not work with the newer update to skyrim thats all
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 9:31am
How so? Does it not work or is it a bit to ridiculous in power to be used? I may sometime give it more loving, it does need some work to bring it back in line with the Infinity Sword. I may nerf it a bit too since it's supposed to be the lesser of the three, albeit still pretty potent.
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:28am
sure, and update it so that we can use it
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 9:27am
In what way? Like giving it some of the stuff the Infinity Sword has now, what with being able to "absorb" fire damage & get moar power as a result?
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 9:20am
can u update the frost blade pls
DEvasto  [author] May 23, 2016 @ 8:51am
It's in Labyrinthian, sticking out of a braizer in the graveyard area where you fight a wispmother.
Papa Franku May 23, 2016 @ 7:06am
WHERE IS THE DAMN THING
DEvasto  [author] Mar 14, 2016 @ 7:24pm
You're welcome, mate, glad you enjoy it. :3
cprytgfx Mar 14, 2016 @ 6:38pm
Hey DEvasto,

I am finally able to comment rather than simply posting discussions (due to a "limited user account"). I wanted to let you know that your weapon modifications are amazing and unique. I have to say that this modification is my favorite weapon mod on the Skyrim Steam Workshop. Thank you for putting in the time and effort to make such a cool sword
realniggahours Feb 4, 2016 @ 5:37pm
thanks, ill look into it :)
DEvasto  [author] Feb 4, 2016 @ 5:22pm
Also, if you're still not sure, the BSA can be found in your Data folder along with the .esp, though you'll need a specialized program to open it and extract the contents. I personally use FO3Archive, but if you installed the CK there's one just called Archive that's located in the root Skyrim directory (steam/steamapps/common/skyrim).
DEvasto  [author] Feb 4, 2016 @ 5:17pm
There's two scripts for Silmeri, one is the resistance script which applies the resistances and stuff, that's on the sword itself (at least it should be). The second is labeled "silmeripascript" which handles the power attack stuff. That script is attached to a quest (named something like "SilmeriPAQST" or similar). The quest handles actually firing the script so it'll check the player's actions.
realniggahours Feb 4, 2016 @ 2:41pm
found a script for infinity 2 but its basicily the same
realniggahours Feb 4, 2016 @ 2:40pm
i found a script, but it doesnt show anything and its called SilmeriResistanceScript
realniggahours Feb 4, 2016 @ 2:37pm
the problem is when i go to the weapon there isnt any script to it so that confused me
realniggahours Feb 4, 2016 @ 2:30pm
so you made a script that cast spells on power attaks, i knew it had to do somethin with the script, but where would the BSA be?
DEvasto  [author] Feb 4, 2016 @ 1:37pm
It's a bit advanced how the power attack effects were accomplished, if that's what you're asking. If you wanna know, there's a quest that has a couple scripts on it (one for the 1-hander, another for the 2-hander) that watch for power attacks, then cast different spells depending on the direction of the power attack. Hence, standing or forward-moving power attacks yield explosions, while sideways attacks launche fireballs. I included the script sources in the .BSA so you can take a look at how the script is set up, if you so desire.
realniggahours Feb 3, 2016 @ 5:08pm
Hey, i was wondering how you made the explosions. I'm not that familiar with creation kit, and i looked at frostmourne and i didnt see anything that looked like a way for the frost explosion. I was just wonderin' and i probably sound like an idiot asking you this. lol
Zelimar Jan 17, 2016 @ 8:10am
item id?
