and why does it cost 22 gold ingots and 12 ebony ingots to improve the full set

bruh installed it and the helmet doesn't match at all with the armor boots and gloves
only wear this armor with konahrik instead of helmet

so it replaces the texture of deadric armor?

Guys just open up console with ~ and then do "help gold' and then use your pg up key next to your arrow keys. then do player.additem (what ever the ID is)

Dude you should make it that mammoth tusks and horker tusks when harvested are pure gold, it would make cool collectors items ingame.

I'm not gonna down load it just yet, I've already got close to 200 mods and my pc is crying for help. I do have it on the back burner though.

I'm not gonna go into a long conversation about using gold for armor. This is a very nice set of armor. Lots'a detail in it. Meaning it looks like every piece was HAND painted.

I've seen a whole lot of Armors Re-made (Attempts) and most of 'em look like hammered dog shit, but you've done a great job on this set. Looks a lot like "Umaril's Armor" from "Oblivion's Knights of The Nine"

sometime armor made of gold just for look, not ment to be stronger or strong protection.

thats why theyd never make gold armor (weaker. with more wight) and more expensive. nope. its just rare, thats the only thing good about gold. just like Truffles, smells like sht, tastes like sht. still 100$ per pound cos its rare dirt sht.

gold isnt even a strong metal. in fact its very weak and un valuable as armor. would only add more wait for less prottection. iron is better (relistically speaking) gold only costs more cos its rare, not cos its stronger.

ive had an idea for a reskin of the daedric armor being sliver with blue detail instead of red. Too bad i dont know how to do that stuff.

yeah, i figured from your description that this replaces all the male daedric in the game and i just wanted to do a unique set for people who just want it for their player and don't want all the other daedric-wearing characters in their game wearing the same gold daedric, lol (i'm almost confused again 8P)! and i just wanted to make sure that i wouldn't step on your toes by doing so cuz for all i knew you could have already been working on something like that :)

@Dan ok i think i nkow what you mean now lol your just going to make some daedric armor and yeah mine replaces all daedric in the game gold it 'Replaces' it with the tetures i have made with the software i use (not the creation kt) and im thinking your wanting to make your own version of gold daedric but saw mine and thought ill just ask if its ok to make something like it? i think thats what you mean.

i just plan on using a gold texture file from the skyrim texture folder and doing almost everything in the CK. and just making it so it doesn't replace all the daedric in the game, lol! that's why i was confused about the software comment :) sorry, i wasn't aware of the other use for the word standalone. so, just to be clear, your armor here replaces all the male daedric in the game, right? cuz my plan was to make a set that will work for both male and female but that won't take over all the daedric in the game. i just want to make sure that i'm not creating a redundant mod :)

@Danjello ok im thinking your making a standalone set of gold daedric armor that you download as a mod and it is something you have made in modeling software with .NIF files and so on like the armors on the community page? So if your just using the DDL files from the game and making a copy to work off and cvhange to make a new standalone set of armor that you have retextured.

k, i'm a bit confused. what do you consider to be standalone vs. replacer? i thought that a set of standalone daedric armor just means that it doesn't take the place of all the daedric in the game.

@Danjello if your using nothing from my mod i dont see why you need my permission to make a standalone armor mod of gold daedric or any other colour really,nice you can do a stand alone i wish i could but dont have the software,go ahead i look forward to seeing it being a standalone and what you can do.

howdy mr. pumpkins! i was thinking about doing a standalone golden daedric. did a search and saw this, but no standalones here on steam as far as i could tell. i won't take anything from your mod. i'd just use the dds files that're already in skyrim, i'd just like to have your blessing anyway :)
