The one true test of Valve's laziness: this gets shoved onto the front page, up and ready to go, they can't complain about programming because this would literally take a couple of minutes, and they just shrug it off. They're really disappointing sometimes - they care way more about hats and money than fixing the game in ways that the community is already doing for them! We'd send out game updates with fixes if we could, but that's not up to us, so if they're not responsible enough to fix their mistakes (which was laziness in not making the kill icon in the first place), why do they even bother giving out constant updates?
