How would i add mocap animation to this model? ive allready added some to the TF2 models but when i try importing the same animation it does not work. i know mabye it has something to do with the bone names? anyhelp guys

I dealt with the scaling stuff by moving the model further back in the set (Foster is almost a head taller than this Aldridge port) but it's cool that you'll be fixing that :D
Thanks for releasing these though.
I don't quite understand what CDJO was reffering to so I thought I'd ask to clarify: Are there going to be more characters ported in?

I have checked and confirmed that there are some strange scaling inconsistencies to the first batch of models. I found in the .qc file there is a variable for scale "
$scale 1" Hopefully I can just change this on each character and tweak them till they are correct. Then once I find out how to update existing content I'll start rolling them out with correct scales.

Hopefully you read this, it seems that the models seem to range wildly in size. the trader seems to load in almost as tall as the flesh pound, and the clots are taller then foster. It's a little strange. It would be greatly appreciated if at the very least, you looked into it

We actually have some scale offsets in Unreal and in code on some of the ZEDs. This is probably the issue your seeing with foster and the clot. Fleshpound may have been exported with a wierd scale setting. I will look into that.

Awesome to see Killing Floor models making an appearance in SFM, but I believe an HD retexture should be made as the models are becoming more scrutinized.

Hm, is it me or is the scale a bit off? Foster is shorter than the Clot, and the Flespound is about twice as tall...
