You should be able to do that with the Creation Kit, its been a while since I looked at it but if you try it and can't find it I can see if I can find the setting for it. Iirc it was under either bow or arrow properties, but I dont remember which offhand.

Would you be willing to make an OP version of this bow with a range from 0-100,000 ? You could use this file and duplicate it and call it QuickDraw II. Just an idea. I love the speed of the bow, Great mod!!!!
