I-split does, but pls make note that I-split does not (yet) work on "Live-Another-Life" This mod is only the intro when you leave helgen for the first time. :) I-Split gives you an option to easy level. Ok, let's get this out of the world for once and for all. There allready are replacers for the title-screen, and not just one. More about 400 replacers.
I like the song too much, to let it get common. Yes, I could replace lots of tracks in the game. I can make the bards sing it, I could let it be played if you get married or whatever you can think of. I just choose not to do the same thing all those other malukah replacers allready did. On a different note, this mod was made for my other mod "I-split" (beta availeble on skyrim nexus), whitch give you the oppertunity, to start over. It was made, to start a new character and have instant acces to storage, living and crafting-facillities, as soon as you leave Helgen for the first time.

You should have added it as a main menu music replacer. So everyone can enjoy it and don't need to start a new game

If you are allready nearing the end of the gam, It won't do much for you. However, if you like, you can subscribe to another mod called I-split. This can be found only on Skyrim Nexus ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35851/? ) (it was too big for the Workshop) and is still in it Beta phase. I update it every week. So if you like Epic, and have to start all over with a new character, I-Split is the mod for you. It makes sure you level quickly and have acces to all crafting forms, and makes use of the Mulukah-song and a few other youtube favorites.
About this mod, I only made this for the Malukah fans, When you leave Helgen for the first time, it will play as you enter the world of Skyrim. (Also plays in the I-Split Beta)
