Looks like 7-4+3 doesn't equal 5, but the crucial element is the negative gravity / deceleration at -4 which makes it a -5 technically :D At least that's my understanding of Portal's physics.
I very much enjoyed your map, good job either way! Thanks for creating.
I had a really huge map list some time ago but i managed to complete them all, so now my list is not so long but I'm not playing Portal 2 as much as before so it can still take ages before I play maps I added XD
May I submit one with momentum ? Air Paths
Anyway the aim is more about calculating the result than finding it, will add something to make the 5 more obvious, or just add it in the title ^^
My map: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=144219193
Added your map to my list ^^
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=126802912 (no elements) much easier but fun.
Nevermind, the easiest solution is still the one I thought about I think :p
@Bisqwit : Thanks for playing, will see the demo ;)
the exploit is now fixed.
re-tested:
tried jumping into the portal, as you suggested might work.
I fell short of the glass.
my way gives me the heght in line with the 2nd tile above the cieling of the 4 tile area.
in other words, in line with the 6th tile from the ground up.
still can't do it any other way ?
just did a video, so you will know exactly what I did.

hope you find it helpfull.
when you have seen it, you can delete this unintended solution video links if you like.
we normaly miss exploits, on our own maps.
because we know the intended sollution.
it seems to blind us to some exploits.
even after much testing.
not the lower portable area.
the higher side area & the central area in combo.
as described in my 1st comments.
I tried a variation of that.
but could not get it to work.
my way, I had 1 portal always in the same place.
so less to complicated, while flinging around.
my skill level is not good, when it comes to placing portals, while flinging.
I get disorientated.
my way, after a clean entrance of the 1st portal, gave me an easier sollution.
within my skill level.
@Myr : Tu as joué la collection No Elements ? Parceque évidemment si tu as déjà rencontré un puzzle ou il faut ajuster la hauteur de ta chute, ça aide à résoudre celui-ci ^^
took some time to figure out the sollution.
but your minimalistic approach helped a lot.
then took a while to execute.
I fired a portal nearest to the angled panel.
then a 2nd portal on the cieling to my left, while I faced the entrance.
I kept cliping the floor around the portal, when jumping off the angled panel.
eventualy I did a clean entry.
entering the portal on the floor, after jumping off the panel.
while exiting the portal on the cieling, fired the cieling portal at the floor.
then came up the portal on the floor, by the panel.
I fired another portal near to this portal, on the floor.
this gave me as much time as I want, to fire the next portal at the angled panel.
then went through & it flinged me onto the glass :)
logical/skill yes
for me execution at the edge of my abilities.
but this might be the best way to improve them :)
thumbs up.
I'm willing to take a guess that the solution involves Entering a ceiling portal to shorten the momentum
One suggestion. Perhaps put a portal surface all the way on the other side of the map. It's really time-consuming to have to walk all the way across the map just because you made a mistake.
