NOW, i finaly have a reason to make smithing 100 and get all perks for it, BESIDES the improement upgrade, this is just what i needed, thx man! Rate 4u

it would be smart for all those players who looked at the smithing perk tree and daedric armor is 80 and is the best base armor out of vanilla skyrim and dragonborn armors and 100 for the second best armor in the game
Seangil 11. maj 2013 kl. 15:25
yeah i guess, idk i guess enchanting those things with the tables would make more sense, perhaps i had too much scotch, nevermind lol
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 11. maj 2013 kl. 5:27
@Seangil what do you mean by better for mages and warriors? Like adding special effects/or enchantments to the armor that would benefit that class more than the other?
Seangil 10. maj 2013 kl. 23:45
And it would still be cool if someone where able to make dragon armor better for "warriors", and daedric armor better for "mages"
Seangil 10. maj 2013 kl. 23:43
Plus, Dragons are much harder to kill when your playing in legendary, making dragon armor more rewarding, and daecric doesnt even require any combat to obtain the material, so yes, great mod.
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 9. maj 2013 kl. 15:55
@TyranntX thanks! The daedric armor is pretty cool if your looking to play an evil character, but for me it doesent seem right for the Dragonborn.
TyranntX 9. maj 2013 kl. 12:06
thank you for fixing what the orginal game developers faild to do. I thin the dragon plate armor has more style and class to it as the daedric looks more..... dark knight-ish. well point is great job!
Seangil 4. maj 2013 kl. 16:00
ill be following your profile in case you get around to it, thanks
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 4. maj 2013 kl. 15:15
@Seangil @Zace yes, but i do not have the dlc on my pc version, only on my xbox version, so I would have to make it from scratch, I will probably make something like that though, thanks for the ideas.
Baggins 4. maj 2013 kl. 11:33
Finally i feel like a proper Dragonborn
All hail the Flyro 4. maj 2013 kl. 9:56
i like seangils idea like dragonplate could have more protection against drafgons or something like that
Seangil 4. maj 2013 kl. 0:17
that way it would have even more reason to choose one over the other, because the enchantments would go with different playstyles?
Seangil 4. maj 2013 kl. 0:13
hmm you know what would be cool? making both have the same armor rating, but give the items different specail enchantments, like how dawnguard armor has resistance to vampires, merunes dagger has inta kill chace, idk
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 3. maj 2013 kl. 13:56
@Bookie-5-The-Seahawk Cool. and I might have to find some time to do that but Im sure I can do it.
James Madison 3. maj 2013 kl. 12:55

James Madison 3. maj 2013 kl. 12:52

Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 1. maj 2013 kl. 14:32

@//vgy// Midire Furem (Dr.Taco) I did not know that the lore stated that the daedric armor was better than all others, I guess you really do learn something new everyday. Thanks for the comments, and the lesson on the lore!lol:)
Midren 30. apr 2013 kl. 11:40
@beefiness thanks for the insight i didnt relize the dragonborn dlc did this
Midren 30. apr 2013 kl. 11:39
@iplayskyrim fair point i retract my argument
Alois Shicklgruber 29. apr 2013 kl. 16:18
I have a very thorough understanding of the lore and know that daedric is in fact (lorewise) better than anything else, however, in the Dragonborn DLC Bethesda made dragonbone weapons stronger than daedric but dragonbone armor remained weaker. I think that bringing the armor up to the same level as the weapons is a great idea. The confusion caused by putting dragon above daedric in smithing perks and weapon damage is the fault of Bethesda and this mod is built on that lore confusion that is based in Skyrim. I support this mod, and have subscribed. PS: It is likely that the reason dragon smithing perk is above daedric is because dragonscale is the best light armor and it simply happens to be the second best heavy.
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 29. apr 2013 kl. 13:43
Let me make one thing perfectly clear: I made this mod because it was stupid how you needed 100 smithing for dragon armor but daedric (which required 90 smithing) was better. I did not say that it was a lorefriendly mod. If i did, then I would be fine with someone correcting me, but i never claimed that it was lorefriendly.
Midren 29. apr 2013 kl. 12:53
@iPlaySkyrim The lore states that daedric armor is better than all other armors and that it can conform to match or surpass any armor made to beat it... therefore you broke the lore
Vultrae  [ophavsmand] 28. apr 2013 kl. 17:40
@//vgy// Midire Furem (Dr.Taco)
No im not, care to exolain how this breaks the lore?
Midren 28. apr 2013 kl. 14:52
breaking all the lore...
darktoes 28. apr 2013 kl. 7:21
Sweet, it always seemed stupid to me how you had to have level 100 smithing to make dragon armor but daedric armor was better. SILLYNESS!
killobeam 25. apr 2013 kl. 18:16
make dragonscale a bit better to
