Hey neat mod. I just had a few concerns. The first is you cannot castle. The second is the game does not register when it is Check mate. (Even if the pieces wont move after you take the king). Some pieces would get caught on one another when engaging the battle. I ended up killing the piece I wanted taken and it turned out alright. Also any chance of a computer making moves? Other then that it was perfect, just a few issues I found and wanted to report to you. Also i am considering doing a showcase for it so if I do I will pm you the link. Thanks for your time.

Don't know if this has been suggested but you should be able to move pieces with a Spider Control Rod type deal

Dear mod author, I'm not sure about the savegame location after I uninstalled this mod. But there are some other things that mess up. One is the racemenu which has two new races that make trouble. The other is the teleport marker to your chess isle which is the same as the vanilla college of Winterhold entrance. And last you're using arrays in your scripts, after mod uninstalling they won't clean up right. Keep on coding please..

@ReDragon, out of curiosity, were you on the mod's island in the save you tried to load? I'm sorry for any trouble it caused. I've never experienced that.

Whenever you install this mod, do never try to uninstall. It makes your savegame unplayable. The mod idea is marvelous, but the implementation is half work.

I see that you have to play both sides. Perhaps make it to where you can play against a computer. Thats a tall order i know but its feedback. My Husband also suggest a way to look at the bored from above. Like a flying stare case

@Cixel, I love the idea of this mod, but I'm not totally satisfied with the way it works I'm afraid. I would like to ask you if I may use your scripts to make my own version of a skyrim chess mod, as it seems I'm not capable of writing these scripts all on my own. I'm only too understanding if you don't want me to "steal" your idea, but if you let me do this, I will of course give you as much credit as possible when my mod is ready for publication.

Great mod. I use this quite often. I uploaded some images on the skyrim nexus under the username bluechief6. Besides what you have already wrote in the future updating section, I've noticed that Bishops will sometimes not capture if it is a tile behind the direction they are facing. Also, are all the pieces supposed to die after one hit? Because most of them do, except for the rooks usually.

Got an idea for Imperials vs Stormcloaks. Imperials: pawns=light armour imperial soliders, Rooks=Heavy Armoured Imperial soliders, Knights=light armour imperial soliders with sheilds, Bishops=Imperial Mages, Queen=Female Imperial Legate, King=NPC in General Tulius' armour. Stormcloaks: pawns=Short sword armed stormcloaks with hide helmets, Rooks=Stormcloak officers with Warhammers, Knights=Stormcloak officers with sheild and war axe, Bishops=Stormcloaks with conical helmets and greatswords, Queen=Female NPC in Steel plate armour with stormcloak sigil weilding battle axe, King=NPC in Ulfrics outfit Armed with sword. Hope you like this idea another one I would love to see.

You should do the undead one too once you make the dwemer it would be epic to later be able to merge the two sets, maybe make this one have the option to merge with another one, I mean like choosing wich chess races will face wich in each playthrough.
