Alrighty then

@Dragon Priest Krosis: The mod will cause higher-level entries on leveled lists to appear for lower-level players, and I'm pretty sure that would include maskless dragon priests, per your example. (The only reason I'm not 100% certain is that I haven't played Skyrim for a long time. Too many great games on PC and too little time! :praisesun:)
Zahkrosis 10 Haz 2019 @ 6:35
So, small question. If it makes tougher enemies spawn early, im guessing it means higher-leveled enemies. Would that cause, for example, the maskless dragon priests to appear earlier? Or do you still have to reach a high enough level on your own for them to appear?
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 9 Kas 2016 @ 2:34
@Micah: Skyrim mods aren't compiled at all, so the .esp file is all there is to it on my end as well.
Micah 8 Kas 2016 @ 22:51
Thanks for the reply @david, I'm not sure I am passionate enough about Skyrim to port the mod, but I'll look into it. Is the original source code available anywhere? I think if I download the mod off of Nexus I might be able to unpack it, but I would prefer to start with the actual source if that is an option.
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 8 Kas 2016 @ 19:25
@Micah: Honestly, I haven't done anything with Skyrim in years. I assume the mod portal you're talking about is something related to the newly released edition. If you or someone else wants to port this or any of my other mods, feel free to do so. All I'd ask is credit as the original author in the new mod's description.
Micah 4 Kas 2016 @ 18:20
Any plans on porting this to Skyrim SE in the new Bethesda mod portal?
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 9 Ağu 2015 @ 5:11
@Lampros: Glad to help. Enjoy!
Lampros 9 Ağu 2015 @ 5:11
By the way, thanks for the potion animation link. I really like it.
Lampros 9 Ağu 2015 @ 5:10
Ah, ok. I will give it a go with it when I start a new character then. 200 percent might be too high for a beginning character, so I might opt for the "Thane" version for the first go.

David Sid  [yaratıcı] 9 Ağu 2015 @ 5:09
@Lampros: The mod does still work. Just keep in mind that it doesn't affect already-existing enemies, so you'll see the greatest effect on a new character.
Lampros 9 Ağu 2015 @ 4:23
Does this still work? Interesting premises. It might do the job when combined with a mod that increases enemy body count.
Ciaran Zagami 15 Şub 2015 @ 17:48
i thank you for trying to help me but i think you miss undertsand my point my point is that this mod does really make the game any harder it just makes combat take far far far longer then normal and it winds up boring rather then fun
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 15 Şub 2015 @ 16:29
@SH4D0W VULCAN: Spamming health potions, eh? ... There's a mod for that, you know.
Ciaran Zagami 15 Şub 2015 @ 16:26
this mod is boring as hell it just spawns tough as fuck bandits that take way to many hits to kill and combat devolves into back pedleing like a virgin at an orgy and spaming health potions
pork 25 Tem 2014 @ 10:26
who knows what race is high queen???
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 16 Tem 2014 @ 2:23
@Michael Crabtree Graming: The mod can present some hefty challenges, but 5 deathlords in one room at level 10 is still pretty unusual. You may have come to an area with a high minimum level, which this mod of course multiplies.

For example, Valthume has a minimum level of 20, so with this mod even a 1st-level character could face a 40th-level challenge there. The Temple of Miraak is similarly brutal at low levels.
Willy Dafoe 15 Tem 2014 @ 19:19
I might come back to this mod later, but at level 10 running into a room of 5+ Draugr deathlords almost feels like the opposite of immersive and borders on the ridiculous. Purely as a challenge it's great though.
The Guy in Your Closet 17 Haz 2014 @ 21:11
Oh, this is not the mod, the picture of your mod and the one I was looking for are the same one, so, I thought this was it.
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 17 Haz 2014 @ 19:13
The mod itself is called "High King" to distinguish it from my other two (somewhat less challenging) difficulty mods, "Jarl" and "Thane." It doesn't add a new option to the in-game difficulty setting; instead, it works whenever the mod is enabled.

Does that answer your question, sschubby?
The Guy in Your Closet 17 Haz 2014 @ 14:23
The high king mod.
The Guy in Your Closet 17 Haz 2014 @ 14:23
Wait, is the the highking mod or is this more difficulties? I have been looking all over for it.
Mad Dog Mcnulty 1 Haz 2014 @ 0:18

It does not work you are a bad mod maker (its impressive)
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 4 Ara 2013 @ 6:54
@reiter.gregory: Are you just not noticing tougher enemies, or has it had some other unintended effect? In the former case, it can take a little while to really notice the difference in challenge (since the mod doesn't alter already-generated enemies, fixed-level enemies, or those that level up directly with the player).

(I haven't done any Skyrim modding for months, which is why this reply is so late. Still, if this doesn't address your issue, give me some more details and I'll try to figure out the issue.)
SpectralOperator 2 Kas 2013 @ 18:21
I have the mod but for some reason it does not work. Any suggestions?
David Sid  [yaratıcı] 19 Nis 2013 @ 7:50
I've added one more mod to the Immersive Difficulty Levels collection--not so much a new difficulty level as an upgrade for any of the existing levels. The Sheogorath mod makes the easiest enemies--the 33% spawns--instead spawn at 999%. Because of the way the lowest scaling factor is used, that means those enemies become completely random and unleveled. It's not for everyone, but for those who like a little madness in their otherwise orderly Skyrim, it may just hit the spot.
DarkSim 18 Nis 2013 @ 20:56
This is good. I always love a challenge. I will go for it.
Thanks Sid.
