Game looks awful. Spelling combat?
HKEY_LOVECRAFT Jun 4, 2015 @ 4:00pm
That lack of updates here and via e-mail to those of us who pre-ordered/backed the game is concerning, to say the least.
Stoibs May 20, 2015 @ 3:30pm
I barely remember actually pre-order/Pre-funding this game back in 2013.
What the hell is going on? Their Website doesn't even load anymore. Classy

This thing dead and they scammed us of our money I guess?

There's been little announced in a year. Untold Entertainment Inc. spawned a sister company working on real-life escape games now. Here's to hoping it's just a delay. Maybe Ryan Creighton made a game so hard the rest of the crew is still trying to work their way out of it... I could see him going all Saw on us.
jaxom Aug 9, 2014 @ 3:29pm
Is this project dead?
Jake The Snake Jan 3, 2014 @ 1:25pm

Congratulations to Ryan and team - I'm glad you got Greenlit, and I'm proud to be a backer!

Love the concept! Bought the alpha at PAX and started playing it. It's super fun! Keep up the good work, guys!
Untoldent  [author] Sep 3, 2013 @ 6:12am
Thanks so much, PAX and ConBravo word nerds! Welcome to the fold!
karebear2011 Sep 2, 2013 @ 7:31pm
This game is amazing. We were at pax prime checking out the mini indie booth area and ran into the developer. This is truly right up my ally and did not hesitate to pay for the alpha version. It came in such an innovative paper in a bottle. I am truly going to enjoy this game. You guys should definitely green light them.
ch Sep 2, 2013 @ 3:39pm
french localization please
Fnar Sep 1, 2013 @ 11:16am
Stopped by the booth at PAX Prime. Awesome concept and a very creative and passionate developer. My wife and I can't wait to see this on Steam. We believe in you.

Lovely game that would be a nice edition to Steam :) I voted, good luck!
Shazammy Jul 30, 2013 @ 1:44pm

Shut up and take my money! This needs to be Greenlit.
Diego Jun 9, 2013 @ 2:17pm
I will upvote this and normally I don't really play this genre. I like the idea of combining adventure and brain-teasing.
Krate May 28, 2013 @ 3:33pm
Looks cool!
DeMaShi! Satananas May 27, 2013 @ 12:26pm

a good looking game but should stay in the iso market.
Sil's Chaotic Soulmate May 16, 2013 @ 3:40pm
I love word games! It's great to see something that would benefit so very many people here :D Good luck on your gaming adventure!
Untoldent  [author] May 9, 2013 @ 2:16pm
Hey, hawkin. The song is called Honey in the Hair by Blackbird Raum. If you pre-order Spellirium at the Patron of the Arts [] level or above, you'll receive the mp3.
Anjel_Few May 8, 2013 @ 10:38pm
This looks fantastic, here is hoping it makes it to steam!
Seaspite May 8, 2013 @ 8:34pm
There are many in the gaming community that could benefit from a spelling game....
hawkin May 7, 2013 @ 3:25am
where can i get musik?
Stome May 4, 2013 @ 3:53pm
If anyone would like to see some of the alpha.
Gizmo May 3, 2013 @ 11:30pm
can't wait!

Pledged and gave you a yes vote!

Thanks, Omegatronacles!
Omegatronacles Apr 27, 2013 @ 9:36pm
Even though this is not a game I would be particularly interested in personally, I was going to give you an upvote based on the music.

The you revealed you were responsible for Ponycorn Adventure, and there was just no way I couldn't give you a vote
Elm Apr 27, 2013 @ 11:59am
Played the Alpha and Im addicted
Lakitu Apr 23, 2013 @ 9:11pm
Looks really nice.
undeadarego Apr 22, 2013 @ 11:20am
@A Yellow Pikmin - That's actually selling the game very short (playing the Alpha now). And besides - though I don't know what programming language Spellirium was written in - Binding of Isaac, Offspring Fling, and VVVVVV are just a few games written in ActionScript (ie Flash). Flash is a technology, not a style. Just something to keep in mind.
Orange :^) Apr 21, 2013 @ 1:21pm
Word games aren't really thing, but even if they were it seems more akin to a free flash game than a game on steam.
Smokin Cola Apr 21, 2013 @ 4:21am
this looks cool, nice little brain teaser with a sense of humour. Lovin' the music on the video too
B[re]aking B[re]ad Apr 21, 2013 @ 2:34am
Read about your game on RPS - amazing idea, gorgeous artstyle and the music of your trailer are enough to deserve an upvote. Furthermore you just reserved yourself a spot on my greenlight favorites list! Best of luck!
Princess Dajve <3 Apr 20, 2013 @ 8:26am
Always room for word games. Yum!
Untoldent  [author] Apr 19, 2013 @ 9:33pm
Thanks! Please tell your friends that i am well-stocked with "yo zombie gramma" jokes if they wanna come at me.
ITSHAIRTIME Apr 19, 2013 @ 4:20pm
also telling me to my face that you sexed up my dead grandma. that takes alot of balls.+1 from me
ITSHAIRTIME Apr 19, 2013 @ 3:26pm
well i mean inbetween eating brains (which is basically a full time job) and knitting theres not alot of time
Untoldent  [author] Apr 19, 2013 @ 3:24pm
HOW DOES YOUR UNDEAD GRANNY DO WORD SEARCHES IN HER SPARE TIME? (Is there even such a thing as "spare time" when you're dead? Isn't it all just "time"?) Anyway, we digress. Play the game. It's great.
ITSHAIRTIME Apr 19, 2013 @ 7:57am
hah jokes on you shes dead. sicko
Untoldent  [author] Apr 18, 2013 @ 10:20pm
ITSHAIRTIME It's more of a word *building* game than a word search game. And your grandma doesn't really go for word searches these days - she's busy doing ME in her spare time. #yoGramma #hotNWrinkly
ITSHAIRTIME Apr 18, 2013 @ 7:40am
a possibly great fun loving tale ruined by "gameplay" if you call a word searches my 80 year old grandma does in her spare time gameplay
meat.robot Apr 17, 2013 @ 10:51pm
i'm only buying this if the story, script and narration are all done by the from sissy's magical ponycorn adventure. she is one of the best storytellers working in videogames today.
