teeth, maybe if you could have it after 1 min idle it could possibly take dives and grab fish, then toss it when the animation is over, make various fishes, add more teeth, make the wings not as wrinkly and darker, make them clearer, and it looks chubby and cute, but reduce the wrinkles on his face, not saying it's bad, just for advice for more appreciation, otherwise .................,.....,-~*~,,

I like this a lot, but I think the animation loops are too easily seen, maybe extend the loops for variation. Also for the flying courier, give it more life. I think the general critique is to give a personality to this guy. Right now your animation hits all the check points for something alive, but I think you need to up it a little more.
