These are the kind of games that make me happy I took the time to look through Greenlight. When I see it and say, "man I want to play that", it's always a good sign. Good luck to you!

@"Bob" the Space Cadet
Yes, we do have a new nifty mode 7 style transition that transitions like in our animated gif up there. We showed it at the Boston FIG and people really dug it
codeman38 14 de Sep, 2013 a las 21:18
Thirding the previous two comments. After having played the demo at BostonFIG, I would totally buy this.

Not bad. Would be great on steam.
morakdais 8 de Ago, 2013 a las 12:19
I love the nes fail transistions.
"Bob" the Space Cadet 7 de Ago, 2013 a las 21:35
I love the idea, but that transition animation needs work. If it's something you use a lot, it needs to be spot on to make changing between 8 and 16 bit look and feel awesome. I'd go for breaking things down into pixels and having them move about before converging in the altered perspective, or zoom in/blur-zoom out/focus, or even just use the existing style with images used from the image currently displayed on the screen. The cut up random pictures you are currently using for the transition just look out of place. The animation should convey that you are breaking down the world and rebuilding it on a different graphical scale. Get this aspect just right and you'd have a masterpiece.

Pasta 7 de Jun, 2013 a las 1:58
The music is outstanding!
Nauxious 3 de Jun, 2013 a las 18:28
Kind of reminds me of Earth Bound. Didn't care much for the music though; in either game.
Chief Value Inspector 31 de May, 2013 a las 22:06
Looked alright, then I realized there was Disasterpeace music, I'll upvote anything that guy is on-board with.
Dassos 28 de May, 2013 a las 9:48

Alastor 25 de May, 2013 a las 8:12
Pretty sweet idea, love the graphics.
The Sir 18 de May, 2013 a las 5:48
This looks like a great idea
SonicNinja6600 2 de May, 2013 a las 14:59
The sprites for the 16-bit looks like secret of evermore sprites :D
Raja Naga 29 de Abr, 2013 a las 0:44
The thing I like a lot about this is that the 16-bit graphics look straight up like an early SNES game. Nice tune too. Worth a yes!
The Earl of Sandwich 23 de Abr, 2013 a las 13:29
Excellent idea, meshing 8 and 16 bit inspiration. Definite upvote.
Lindsey the Awesome 22 de Abr, 2013 a las 21:28

This looks pretty cool.
...Meow, Raiden, Meow... 17 de Abr, 2013 a las 6:15
doesn't seem very interesting to me, just like if you mashed some random genres togheter and said "HEY INTERNET! I MADE A GAME!", however, this may work.
levias8603 13 de Abr, 2013 a las 13:19
Das spiel sieht einfach nur geil aus @__@ ich würds sofort kaufen!
Maverick 12 de Abr, 2013 a las 5:14
See, this is a good example of using retro graphics to give your game something that stands out. 95% of most games on here are "Generic Zombie Survival Title" or "Generic 2D Platformer TItle" that use "Retro Graphics" that were "Totally Rad in the 90's" yet do nothing special with it.

This game, however, shows that you can use Retro Graphics and still stand out from the crowd of shitty hipster retro rip-offs.
