Nice fun very logical map. Thanks!
Zoraya  [author] Jun 30, 2016 @ 7:09am
Thank you! You should try Room Experience 2 too, it has the same concept but with a more trickier 2nd room.. But should be easy as you already know the trick.
I look forward to play your maps too.

and easy.

Very interesting puzzle; not too easy or too hard. Great job, thumb up!
Chelliste Oct 18, 2014 @ 7:04am
No tips, please. It's challenging but not THAT hard. The thing is to remember that portal surfaces are often (but not always) placed where they are for a purpose.
joe May 29, 2014 @ 8:36am
I found this one really hard.
Stuntmanmyke Jan 29, 2014 @ 3:32pm
Very nice test, i love it, good job as usual !
machmanx Oct 11, 2013 @ 4:34am
This one was easier because of experience with the last chamber which had a similar system. Change it up, lol.
Brave Jul 31, 2013 @ 1:19pm
Getting the reflective cube over to the cube button was good, well thought out, after that the rest was easy!
Phrendon Jun 12, 2013 @ 3:10pm
Solved The 2 first, making The 3 easier. :-)
Andi May 9, 2013 @ 11:42am
This is a great chamber. Thought provoking, well designed... one of my favorites. Thumbs up.

Would you mind trying my newest chamber?
wildgoosespeeder May 6, 2013 @ 11:18am
You can also trap yourself if you fizzle the cube accidently when you successfully get both the cube and yourself on the other side and lose portal placements in-line with the cube dropper.
wildgoosespeeder May 6, 2013 @ 11:09am
You can trap yourself if you manage to get the pivot cube on the other side of the angled panel without you on the same side. Easy fix is to use a pedestal button to get another cube at will.

Thanks for playing my maps and your detailed feedback, stormsend! I will definitely play your maps as soon as possible!
stormsend Apr 6, 2013 @ 5:18pm
Great map. Very tricky logic. Loved it. But I too had to restart at one point. It was my fault but I lost the cube while in the second room. A great map builder once told me to prepare for all the stupid things people will do. If it's at all possible to lose a cube, someone will do it. One of my maps has you carry a cube through several rooms where you could easily lose it. I made a way for easy retrieval from anywhere in the map. Take a look if you can. Here Thumbs up and keep em coming.
KodenejmBerni Mar 28, 2013 @ 4:43am
Even nice but there should be a respawn button next to the cube dropper
daloboy Mar 17, 2013 @ 9:11pm
Liked it! As Jade BGE already wrote, made me thik!
Please try one of mine and comment! Thanks.
Jade BGE Mar 17, 2013 @ 2:43pm
Great. Every time I play a puzzle like this it seems like I have to learn how to solve it all over again. Thanks for that.
Requiem Mar 10, 2013 @ 6:42pm
What I meant by the cube in the second room and me being in the first was you can portal the ceiling while standing on the button and portal under the cube. When you get off of the button the panel closes and the cube is in the second room. I also got the cube into the second room and accidently walked through the emancipation grill. Portals gone, cube out of reach.

Finally, I made it to th exit! Arguably one of the best I've played so far. Congratulations, Zoraya! Great job with the updated glass walls and force fields. They helped a lot.

Just so you know, you can still mess it up while in any of the three rooms. My guess is that the force fields should deactivate by default once you get the cube in the second room (no switch needed). Here's why: I got stuck yet again because the mid-air force field trashed my cube while I was already in the third room trying to get the cube to me. I restarted, tried it again, this time remembering about the console button, so I hit that first. It was smooth sailing from there.

Hope my experience helps with the final touches (which I encourage you to make). All kinks aside, the test is brilliant!

Hi jaci.coyle1, ok, if you are with the cube in the second room, stay here and look upwards. You will find a way to get into the last room. In every room you need the cube to get out to the next, but you always go first and then you have to think about how to get the cube to you (there is in each case only one possible solution).
Zoraya  [author] Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:58pm
Hi smchrz, thanks for your feedback! It´s not possible to loose the cube (in the first and second room). There is only one way to bring the cube out of the first room when you are inside the second room (that is the special tricky thing, maybe that´s what you mean with trapped?)
Requiem Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:58pm
I agree with @smchrz. It's way too easy to lose the cube. Like I said, I had to restart it twice, and not because I got killed. But then again, I can't think of any way to fix that.
Requiem Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:54pm
I got trapped in the first room twice without the cube. The cube was in the second room and I was still in the first. Whatever! That was a great (confusing) idea. I did it but I have no idea how.
Filip Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:51pm
Now I lost the cube to the second room with no way to get it back. Either I'm too tired right now, or the room needs some tweaks. The funny thing is I like the whole idea so much that I'm giving it yet another try :))
Filip Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:43pm
I just got trapped in the second room. Maybe I need more patience, but it does seem like the test is flawed. I have to admit it's pretty original, especially the first room. One of the best I've played so far. I'm giving it another go to see if I make it to the third. Fingers crossed.
Emmalinda Mar 9, 2013 @ 11:38am
I like the new mechanic for the last two rooms; the map looks so much cleaner now. The first room is still my favourite though, it has great logic. Overall, a solid chamber!
Brayzy Mar 9, 2013 @ 4:54am
AWESOME!!!! the rating is so low that's unscientific..
LittleFinchy Mar 8, 2013 @ 2:50pm
looks good ill give it a try
Zoraya  [author] Mar 8, 2013 @ 12:32pm
@Stagger Lee: Thanks!

@Alexi: Thank you for your precious feedback! It was really helpful and made me think about a new strategy for the 2nd and 3rd room! 1: It is not possible anymore to get trapped in the 2nd room.. 2: I changed the puzzle logic of the last 2 rooms completely (based on your input). Now i think it is a really good and challenging test chamber. I would appreciate if you like to play it again.
Emmalinda Mar 6, 2013 @ 9:53pm
This map was pretty fun. I especially liked the logic behind the first room, that was truely some original thinking. There were, however several things that I noticed. First, it is possible to trap yourself in the second section. Secondly, I noted that I did expect a little more looping back to previous sections. It seems to me that the more use one can get out of one test element, the more beutiful a test chamber is. Maybe put a button in the last room that controls a wall panel that links the second and third sections together? Then we could change the orginal cube into a reflector cube and removed the need for one in the last section and it would allow for multiple solutions depending on how much the test subject thinks ahead. I'm sorry, it's really a great map, and I enjoyed it. These were just some things that occured to me.
Stagger Lee Mar 6, 2013 @ 1:53pm
Nice map! First room was excellent.
