Can you please also make a mod where unarmed sneak attacks are not noisy?

Someone needs to make a mod that doesn't have an unarmed weapon so it's still just with nothing equipped that you hit people but I'd like to be able to rock or KO enemies so can we get a mod that adds paralysis/ragdolling to punches that exceed a certain threshold of damage or stagger?

Didn't realize this was an issue until I started playing an unarmed kagite. Why bethesda? You used to be so great.
