@superman 12000
You need dawngaurd because this is the dawngaurd version, which adds dawngaurd encounters. Look for the "Basic" version for extra encounters without dawngaurd. Also, as for the "Where is it" question, they're random encounters, and you won't notice them until you encounter them.

why do i need dawngurad where is it

Commander_Apollo Aug 27, 2013 @ 3:47pm
I finished the main guestline but just started on the side quest.
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Aug 27, 2013 @ 12:38am
@Commander_Apollo - Probably. From what I remember the guard walls and tents start to pop up as you advance through the Dawnguard questline.
Commander_Apollo Aug 25, 2013 @ 5:54pm
Never saw before the mod and I spent plenty of time near Fort Dawnguard. I guess they moved there a few days before.
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Aug 25, 2013 @ 4:11pm
@Commander_Apollo - That's part of the DLC itself.
Commander_Apollo Aug 24, 2013 @ 8:01pm
Did this mod add tent city outside of the Fort Dawnguard or was that already there?
Nanking Jul 27, 2013 @ 7:46am
Wow awesome... will try this one and see. Interesting :)

Just letting everyone know that the Dragonborn version has been released.

nice mod good work

@Aaron1890 - Unless Hearthfire edits the animal spawn lists of the base Skyrim (which to my knowledge it doesn't), then the mod is fully compatible with it. Make sure you only have one of either the Basic or HSR versions enabled at a time.
Microsoft Word Apr 28, 2013 @ 4:48pm
@SayHelloToMrBullet I have all of them but the I didn't notice a increase in the Hearthfire random events.
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Apr 27, 2013 @ 4:37pm
@Aaron1890 - Can't you just use the Basic or HSR version? Cause they'll have an effect even with Hearthfire installed.
Microsoft Word Apr 24, 2013 @ 5:37pm
Can you make one for Hearthfire so the random events of it are increased.
midgetman14 Apr 24, 2013 @ 3:05am
thats cool, im allied with the dawguard and have finnished their questline, could be a compatability issue with other mods I have, Thanks for the cool mods
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Apr 21, 2013 @ 9:15pm
@midgetman14 - I'm not sure if that's a bug or not. The Dawnguard guys in my encounters share the same factions and relations as the Dawnguard normall encountered in the game. It may depend on whether you're allied with the vampires or not, I just can't be sure.
midgetman14 Apr 21, 2013 @ 8:00pm
Its a cool mod and im playing it with the extra encounters with higher spawn rates but im finding the dawnguard are attacking everything not just the vampires, such as the imperial patroles, peddlers and hunters allong with any animals even the goats, are they meant to be doing that?
Microsoft Word Mar 26, 2013 @ 5:10am
Alright cool. Thanks for the awesome mod.
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Mar 26, 2013 @ 3:59am
@Aaron1890 - No, but running it without the Basic version will result in only Dawnguard encounters occurring.
Microsoft Word Mar 26, 2013 @ 2:33am
Does this mod require the Extra Encounters - Basic mod to work?
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Mar 13, 2013 @ 1:23am
@snodgrass96558 - Put simply, this mod edits the lists for the animal spawns that are already found throughout Skyrim, so that they have a chance to spawn one of my encounters instead of an animal.

Hope that helps :)
snodgrass96558 Mar 12, 2013 @ 11:18pm
Do these mods increase the number of random encounter spawn sites on the world map, or just increase the number of encounters at each site? Did you delete any of the orgional random world encounters or just add a few more of your own?
dtozer10 Mar 9, 2013 @ 1:41pm
great mod, need more to more
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Mar 9, 2013 @ 3:44am
@TurtleOfTheWest - Apparently the Basic version does not conflict with the Skyrim Monster Mod, however I cannot say the same for the Dawnguard version. I'm afraid you'll just have to try it out.
TurtleOfTheWest Mar 7, 2013 @ 5:35pm
does anyone know if this would conflict with skymomod?
RexJayden Mar 7, 2013 @ 8:29am
Really like this mod - using Nexus version. Thanks for the nice work done!
CAP Mar 5, 2013 @ 11:29am
This mod and the basic one are the ones I hate to love. I love the extra encounters but whe I run up against the bandits disguised as soldiers, three Thalmor and a wolf at the same time it gets pretty dicey. Ahhh, who am I kidding I got waxed in that situation. But truly love these two. Now I only fast travel if I have real life time constraints.
gollymrscience Mar 5, 2013 @ 4:50am
For many people at advanced stages in the game the wastes in between key locations become just another yada yada waste of time and energy and fast travel beomes the norm. Adding a bit of spice to the outlands works for me because every once in awhile I like to leave the beaten path and try out my lastest skill, perk or weapon. I agree that excess trolls, bears, and bandits can be annoying if out for a stroll but thats what makes those areas the wilds rather than the suburbs.
Constable - Stuck in ELO hell Mar 4, 2013 @ 12:51pm
I see you like to wear the Dawnguard heavy armors. You should get the Dawnguard Paladin Armor mod, it's epic!
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Mar 4, 2013 @ 2:11am
@Bonder - Extra Encounters does add more than bandits, bears, and wolves you know.
Kazenar Mar 3, 2013 @ 3:13pm
@Bonder - I can relate to what you mean. It DOES get annoying already not being able to go anywhere without encountering a Bear, troll, Bandit, wolves etc.

Im not downloading this mod, but what I THINK that this mods purpose is to add more unique, different encounters to the game. I have yet to ever come across a vampire group with a gargoyle.

I'd love to see a Dragonborn version of these types of mods. Exploring Solstheim gets boring after a while with no one to fight.
eugene.and.darlene Mar 3, 2013 @ 7:07am
I sided with the Dawnguard but they were attacking my horse, and while I was talking to Serana, Vampires and gargoyles did a surprise atack on us.
SayHelloToMrBullet  [author] Mar 2, 2013 @ 5:41am
@jbpayne2 - Please see the link in the description for details.
