one more minor change i would suggest is making the hat colors more closely match the tf2 color palette

You should really go with more subdued colors, not so grainy texture, and...

The topology and geometry of the hat looks strange, almost bulbous and unrealistic. The texture is also too dirty and detailed for TF2. Was this your first or second model you've ever created?

It's a blue colored hat on a red scout? Shouldn't it have a red skin?
