Pretty tricky map, took me a while but I really enjoyed it. I would love to see more maps like this.

The room in the 2nd picture above in your cycle had me confused for a while. Once I realized that you needed to go back and get a cube from the previous room, it became much more doable!

I think I see what you mean. After that first button, go up the stairs, then portal the cube to yourself by firing a portal under the cube. Sometimes it's so easy to miss these things when you're building a puzzle. Something to remember next time. Thanks for pointing that out.

@jeroenvt. Your welcome. Glad you enjoyed it. And also, just hint. A few of my puzzles are like that. You have to fizzle the cube (from a different location) to get another.

@jeroenvt. For starters, you can clearly see that the light bridge can be activated by portalling the laser beam. This must be done "after" you go up the first set of stairs. However, this means the stairs are in the way of the portalable panel where the laser must go in to activate the light bridge as mentioned. After you go up the first set of stairs, you'll notice the cube dropper button is in reach. If you get a new cube, this fizzles the first one, and the stairs now come down (leaving the panel free to be portalled). You can now activate the light bridge after you get up the very first set of stairs. Now the cube can fall on the light bridge while you're up there. I'll leave the rest up to you. Just remember, the cube dropper button can be pressed as many times as you like.

Ugh, I don't get it... I can't even get past the first room. Can't take the cube up with me, can't leave it on the button & portal it out. When I try to land one on the light bridge, I still have to stand on the button to get the stairs to come up if I align my portals with the lighting receptor thingy. My mind has been broken, good job, been a while since I couldn't solve a room in less than half an hour.

@Dr. Krunklehorn: Fixed and edited the map. Thanks for pointing that out. Your in the credits. I always like to make sure the player doesn't get stuck, but I definitely missed that one.

Players can get stuck immediately on entry by throwing the cube on top of the ledge.

I was very stuck on the 3rd chamber, trying to complete it with one cube... until I realised I had left one behind in the previous room

@EuroSong: One of the things particular to this puzzle is that when a stairway is up, the panel behind it can't be portaled. But when it's down, the panel can be portaled. You will also notice that besides the button on the floor, it also takes a laser relay to lift the stairs. Sometimes it's a matter of having to get a new cube, and fizzling the old one. You may think that after you climb the first stairs, how can you be down there to get a new cube. Like 2 places at once. But look what else that laser relay activates. Perhaps something the new cube could fall on.

I can't get past the first puzzle - and I'm no n00b. I can't figure out a way to take the cube with me when I go up the stairs, because it has to remain on the button to activate the stairs. There are no portal surfaces upstairs. I'm stumped. Any clue?

This is great! It's one of the best puzzles I've played in a while. It managed to be simple, but enough of a head-scratcher to take some thought.
