a year on, I attempted to get it working a few times, but was mostly unable to remember how I actually made the mod. I spent like a week trying to relearn (also getting back into skyrim so I could actually go over to the dragonborn expansion area) before getting a full time job again and losing all my free time... that was like last july.
I can try to get back into it, but honestly, I havent even thought of skyrim for months
This is just an addon for NineInchNail's work, I would go to the original page and offer that to him. I dont need any part of the donation, he did a good 95% of the work, I just added a few things to it.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=81259201 here is the link to the original mod
Also i see it's been awhile and a new author is on the team, FeniAraneae i guess you two can split the donation?
Over the past few months I have grown quite talented with understanding and modifying mods, and building esp patches that produce the effect desired through the use of tes5edit's Copy as Override function (to the point that the 161 plugins that make up my load order work together seamlessly, and without mod conflict related CTDs or errors).
I've been studying your mod and Invested Magic very intently lately, and have a decent understanding of how they function, and how I might go about adding the relevant effects and changes to other spells and magic effects.
I've sent you a friend request through Steam, if you want to talk further.
there is a few different mods called Better Vampires, the one I use works perfectly fine:

@ahy ess dee eph
I will mess with it on my side, It appears to be working just fine here, try casting Dispell once to clear any effects you might have on yourself before casting?
@Sagittarian
Same thing here, I can use both the vampire and the werewolf perk trees without any crashing, not sure why it would do it for you.
@Aumega3
Remember that the casting is only a few mana, but it will lower your Maximum Mana until the summoned creature is gone.
Things are much better off now, and I spent a bit today setting up an update, I have Stendarr's Aura nearly finished, and I am working on expanding to Dragonborn.
Dragonborn I believe I will make as a seperate mod, in case someone happens to have one, but not the other DLC.
I will try and get these out by the end of the week, again I am sorry for the unreasonably long wait.
I didnt think of this spell, because I didnt side with the Dawnguard, I will add this with an update, thanks for pointing it out.
check in after the summer sales, hopefully dragonborn goes on sale durring it.
whenever you subscribe to a new mod, start up the Launcher, and wait until it says "all mods up to date" or "all mods checked" (I cant remember the exact phrase right now), to make sure they are all installed correctly
click the data button on the launcher, and make sure the mods are activated, activated ones will have a check mark in the box next to them.
if neither of these fix your problem, I would check if you have any other mods that change how spells work (in particular "Overhaul" mods are likely to do so)
