Dude, I played a whole lot of maps. This collection beats the shite out of them. A diamond disco, warded after some intense digga ring. Thx bro!

Great map although the elevator blocks the laser, making the elevator flicker.

Awesome! Nice intro! And more cool functions and detail!

Another nice map! So detailed. Bit hard though.
I've updated my Tunnel room :

I like the idea of reflection gel you got going here but the chamber where you coat the cube in reflection gel, the technique used is too hard to guess as it is several steps harder than the previous area (I had to look at the solution video). The learning curve needs to be properly crafted because not many have a solid understanding of the reflection gel.

Also the previous area, it just seems like the aerial faith plate is out of place.

Overall the idea for a reflection gel chamber is good but what is holding it from being smooth is all the decay in the room and visual noise from the decay decorations. The theme is working against smooth execution. Even the solution you provided doesn't work consistantly. I had to noclip because my patience to get the cube to reflect properly was wearing thin.

Beautiful map. The painted cube is marginally logical and borders on esoteric! [/spolier] Thanks for your effort!

Amazing work, especially on the reflection gel.

@Sprowl I need your help! How I can put the black reflection gel in my tests (not white as conversion gel)? I have BEEMOD and StyleChanger MOD.

A decent map. I think the concept of a very finnicky relective paint covered cube is unintuitive after you have performed this task. A potentially better option may be to have your standard storage cube somehow get itself fizzled, and the player has to find the wooden crate style cube hidden in a far corner in that drop in the floor area that you can see when you first enter this room. That would make this hole in the floor area a requirement, and one of these cubes painted in reflect gel could be more consistent with the concept provided in this map . Still made me think, came up with a different solution to your pic, enjoyned. Thanks for making it. Cheers

Finally managed to finish this map. Now I need to take an aspirin. Thumbs up.

Turrets highly explosive. Handle with care

The reflection gel was amazing! Is this a beta element like the vent? Good job.

Yo are any of you having problems downloading this?

Thanks for your comments. I know that the cube can be tricky to use, but I tested the hell out of it - this is the best I can show you. A reload of the map or using a different side of the cube should always be enough to fix strange behaviours. Also the difficulty depends on your way to solve the puzzle. The solution I have is quite easy to perform https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1471712/thesolution_ch2.jpg . I'm also aware of the fact that not everyone is a fan of puzzles that requires the player to find the right way for a laser to pass through all points. If you don't like it, I'm sorry for that but that what this test is about ;-P .

At the exit, I tossed an extra camera (freed from a wall earlier) into the fizzler. The exit door closed and its button DISAPPEARED! :-O

Nice concept but it's really, really, really hard to use!

Man, this was tough. As good as any in the Portal 2 game.

Great map again, it was a bit hard to get the cube just right. But I still made it and thought it was well made. Thanks again.....

Wow what a gorgeous map you've made. It's really full with detail and i like that. It gave me almost the same feeling of lonelyness as in the storyline of the game.
Having said that, i also, like others before me, would like to point out that the painted cube is rather cumbersome to handle and i didn't had time left to solve the puzzle.

All technical details extemly good programmed, the design of your chamber could be a little bit more artless. The normal cube often didn't work as a reflection cube (as you told in your message) It took a long time to get the right side. Then I died in the laser and had to load a savepoint, after this I was at the beginning. To make such a technical wonder as your chamber more valuable, it would be neccesary to make the puzzle a little bit simpler. Thanks.
CaptainComic 10 feb 2013, ore 13:11
Quite the challenge. Could be designed a little better though. The cubes and laser had to be placed just so, and often moved too far once actually set down. Still, nice job.
Innocentive 10 feb 2013, ore 2:38
Not a big fan of laser puzzles and opening up the angles in any direction doesn't exacty make it more fun... still, amazing Hammer job!!! Very well done!!!!!!!!
kerning 9 feb 2013, ore 14:46
Nice idea with the reflection gel, but need better job of building test chambers around the concept. Trying to reflect the laser into port is extremely frustrating and take out all the fun of exploring the chamber.

The cube is a nice idea, but need to be easy to use instead of trying to get the players to use it in too exact position. Be more flexible and gentle with the chamber design.
Nobody No-One 9 feb 2013, ore 14:34
The painted cube is really painful and I can't solve the test because of it.
Hhhologram 9 feb 2013, ore 13:16
Awesome again! I were a little bit derpy in the first test!!! I wonder what the next test will be. And if we meet P-Body. Atlas is getting lonely. There's just one way to fint out.
