I was exporting without Animation and Convert Bones checked, that was the problem!

I just published it in the workshop :)

THX Yanikian! I have seen some comments, that when you have used some modifier than maybe the sword scales and is not any more at the right place. I used fbx format for the export. This problem happends by 3DMax/Maya user...maybe u have to clear the history to deleat the modifier... good luck with that. I have read this at Polycount, maybe you find something there by searching with google: >>> site:polycount.com "model floats" "dota 2" <<< ;)

Omg, I did a similar sword, but its monster teeth :P

I'm having trouble with the Skin. What bone did u picked? Dota Workshop tells me to pick weapon0_0, but when I import the sword floats.

@ PeDuCKa: Thx that you like my item. I have build this model with cinema 4d / used BodyPaint for the unwrapping. Exported in .fbx format to the Workshop. The textures are .tga made with PS.

Thanks mate... it has only 398 triangle polygones :D ...valve has a limit of 400 tri for the LOD0 variante... the ingame LOD1 for this model has 324 tri o_O with a texture of 256x256 px for both
