RigBone, Thanks for your input, am I allowed to use your "Cobblestone Crown" description, It's better than mine XP

Also, I'm still trying to add a Window/Arrow slit but adding the Ambient Occlusion is making it bugger up, It'll be a while before anyone from Valve gets a look at this, so I guess I have some time to keep trying!

Perhaps Pauparet Shoulderpads are in order too. And consider putting an alternate style with either a penent at the top of the tower, or perhaps a shingled cone roof. So many possibilities with this, it boggles the mind it wasn't done already.

the bricks look cool, but you could try putting in arrow slits/windows to break up that basic grid pattern, then make the few bricks sticking out a bit more subtle, if that's the issue people are having. Perhaps a stained class window with team colors, huh? I'm not sure how much room you have, or if you're dealing with LOD's or not. All the same, I like this item and want to see it make it. More Chess Peices! If the Demoman is a Rook, does that make the Pyro a Bishop? (Demoman is ALSO a King and a Knight.)

Not saying names, but someone actually sent me a PM staing the same thing HellJumper, Those are the bricks of the tower, I did use the UV as guidlines, But I wanted to define the bricks in the tower.

Lol, I meant the scaling of the detail. No, I don't want his head poking out the top.

Is it possible to just increase the size of those projecting bricks along the parapet at least? This is a nice idea for a hat, something just looks a tiny bit off...

@dinn3r if the model was smaller, his hat would be poking out the top :P I barely managed to get his forehead inside the hat on the 2nd revision, I can see this hat as a "I guess so" kinda hats.

A mock versionI made had bigger bricks, and it didn't look good, seriously, I still think the bricks are too big now, but any smaller and they'll look like plain old squares.
