Nice simple puszle mechanics. cool ratmann den. button that disables fizlers could have been a tad more noticeable. 8/10(im no map reviewer mind, so make your own judgemnets).

Thank you Twatlight. Once again a user created map has left me looking like a moron. I had gotten the cube out of there but I didn't realize that the button turned off both fizzlers (of course it does because if it didn't the puzzle would be unsolveable).

Go into the cube dropper area, press the button, and use the cube to jump up and shoot into the button room, then place another portal and place it ont the button. Simple.

I have been in the Rattman den and I have the cube but I can't figure out how to get it past the fiizzler and onto the button. What am I doing wrong?

Not perfect (NB I have yet to see a "perfect" Portal 2 map with a Portal 1 theme...), but better than most other Portal-themed maps I've seen.

IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENT!! If you want to win, first make sure that we can't get STUCK! If we press the switch that opens the pannel for the kind of secret room at the beginning and then we press again, you can still go inside the room while it closes and then, if you have no portals outside, you're stuck.

I don't mean the lever to pull back the panel to lock yourself in, I mean the lever to get into the Rattman Den from the chamber.
By the way, when GLaDOS woke up and changed the test to have lasers, she was making it clean style, so any P1 style map must happen BEFORE that, so she hasn't made it lasers yet.

@Ulitiman9711 Thanks for telling me. I actually know you could add some removed gels tests it's in hammer. There should be a texture for it but it's blank because when Valve deleted the Reflection and Adhesion gels, the texture and model was removed also. So the gel color and/or result of it getting on the player is WRONG. However, it is said in the game code that it is wrong. Also if you need some help, friend me. :)

@simon: Nah, it's okay :)
@dante: Thank you for your feedback. The lever was there because I wanted people to be able to close it. It would make sense for Aperture to have an emergency panel release, as well. As for the LRP, It is useless but oh well. I needed some padding. And Portal 1 elevators take up less room.
@pacman: I'm redoing the first [maybe 2 as well] map to be much better, then I will focus on Part 6, which most likely will be a mini-boss fight.

The Rattman den makes no sense. Who would put a lever behind a wall?
As for the test, I guess it's okay, but one fizzler turned off but I still couldn't shoot a portal through it.
The room with the light rail platform is useless, and the LRP looks "off" somehow. I think it's the light emitters that look weird. The end makes no sense, because why is the chamber clean, and if it is clean, why does it end with a P1 elevator?

but.... portal bumping can be used to get around the fizzlers on the right and left side (like in Portal 1^^) Keep up the great work!

I added the lasers for continuity, and because I hate energy balls. I know I broke the rules, but It's test chamber 6, and GLaDOS made it have lasers in Chapter 02 of Singleplayer.

I see a lot of overlapping textures, some unaligned textures, a few mapping mistakes, wierd blocky pistons, and a breaking of the rules for the contest. No lasers! Just P1 mechanics. But since no one else entered, you win.

Yeah. Youy can have sp_ at the beginning, but once it's on the workshop, you need to add the portalgun manually. Or use an elevator instance
