Pax Romana was intended to be Repbulic of Rome, but disappeared up it's own complexity. Good luck with this - Roman politics, without the war; but focused on factions, diplomacy, intrigue and the more underhand methods would be a winner with me

I'm a HUGE fan of the board game "The Republic of Rome" by Valley Games (originally published by Avalon Hill). I would LOVE if someone would make a game that simulates it so I can play anytime. If it worked like that game, it would be a game about influence and popularity for your faction of senators in Rome, which would set it a part from the games like EU and Total War. Please make it!

That sounds like a good concept, but no offense you need to expand on your ideas or if not your description so that the players can know what makes your game unique. Upvote but hoping that I hear a bit more about it.

Unique approach to games featuring the Roman Republic. Brilliant!

You should make the helmet for the logo a Roman helmet.

Ok, need more languages, I don´t agree whit Yoba, I think Italian don´t adds a bit of authentificy. Authentificy will be Latín.
But I like generic description.

Okay... generic description... I guess the Italian language adds a bit of authenticity...

what would set this aside from great games of this era like EU Rome and Total war rome + several others set in this timeperiod? I only ask because I still think this Era can be explored on the game scene, but a lot of the current games are very much alike. Even though they do look different the aim and scope of them are quite similar. If this game will stand out from the crowd please explain how? The idea is not new but you do noy excactly explain a lot of the game concept here.

If done well, this could be an awesome game. A multiplayer mode would be great as well - somethin most politics sims lack...

Excellent concept but a description of gameplay mechanics is required: will it be a 'Democracy' style game or an RPG...?

Panem et circenses. Good theme and setting, but all depends on how the gameplay works out. I recommend building a prototype and showing some concept art or mockups.
