Adura - that could be it. Pardon my assumption. The break I took from the game certainly didn't help my memory. I'll see if I can disable the table then & move the merchant over to release him from his 24/7 job. :)

Shame you're thinking of adopting it out, but yeah RL can be an arrow in the knee at times. Hoping you'll get more playtime soon so you can mod to your heart's content, whether in Skyrim or elsewhere.^^

@Wildstrike: ^_^ Thanks.
Once you reach lvl 75+ the price cap is removed.

@JesseYork55: It's a mod conflict somewhere =/ Find it and fix it to not be murderized XD

@Bearhiderug: Thanks <3

@Enderking47: There is a modified version on the Breezehome Fully Upgradable nexus page.

@Mom's Spaghetti: Strange, sounds like you didn't actually buy them. Do you have subtitles enabled? Maybe you didn't fulfill one of the requirements to buy them?

@g.didier: ^_^

@Chihaya Ayase: Sorry D:

@Brezlon: The new picnic table and stuff is from another mod - sounds like a 'Towns and Villages Enhanced' one, which are mentioned on the description as conflicting for this reason. Those extra items also mess with the stewar'ds pathing routines =/

As for voices/etc: I am considering putting the mod up for adoption, as I have been too busy to work on it and that doesn't seem like it's going to change anytime soon ; ;

I recently came back into Skyrim after a good break (and comp upgrade). Seems my merchant shop has upgraded. Only it's more of a downgrade for me..

In Windhelm:

- I have a new picnic table. (along with the 2 stands). It's very bulky & in the way. Wish I could remove it or downgrade somehow.

- My shopkeep stands in the snowdrift all day, every day (and night). Does not go home, does not take breaks. Just acts like a mannequin. I'm not fond of mannequins (actually, they move more than this guy in my game.)

Because of the new picnic table & the way the shopkeep is set, I can't really get behind the stall & roleplay myself as selling anything. While I haven't unsubbed, I just don't actively use this mod anymore. I would like to though!

Also, will you be adding in voices any time soon? I'd love to contribute to some voice acting if possible.

g.didier 28. Jan. um 7:52 Uhr
it works for me.I have no problems,I really like this,it is very useful..quel domage that items are not visible on the stand...thank so much
Dazmine 28. Jan. um 2:09 Uhr
The Whiterun stall is right by Breezehome, to the left as you approach the door
Mom's Spaghetti 27. Jan. um 21:42 Uhr
I bought a stall in Whiterun and Riften and i cant see either, Brynjolf's stand is still there and I've done his first quest so he's never there, also the Whiterun one i just don't see it anywhere.
enderking47 25. Jan. um 19:40 Uhr
Can you add it to Nexus?

i clicked "i want to open my own stall" but she doesn't do anything and like respawns at like 10 milli second speed i see her like reappear it's weird

bearhiderug 19. Jan. um 21:31 Uhr
@ hawkgav You most likly have another mod conflicting with a cell or the house or the guy who you but the house from.

Could try becoming a thane and buy a house if you have not done so yet.
bearhiderug 19. Jan. um 21:30 Uhr
Amazingly nice mod. Even better if your the type who dislike having to sell all your things. Put in a chest and come back whenever your in the area. Leveling up seemed about right. The amount you can sell needs work. Good mod and easy to use.

Adding this to my permanent mod list in the future.
Great job,
4/5

If the gold level is increased, a few more options with shopkeepers dialoge wise thi would be an easy 5/5.
JesseYork55 17. Jan. um 20:21 Uhr
I downloaded this mod and now every one of the housecarls are trying to murder me...anyone else having this problem?
Wildstrike 13. Jan. um 20:09 Uhr
Absolutely wonderful mod. I adore it and cannot play skyrim anymore without. But perhaps you could increase the leveling increments for the merchant skill? I'm nearing level 50 and am just hitting be able to sell items worth 750. It just feels a little unsatisfying to be such a high merchant level and be so limited on the price of the items I can sell. But other than that, this mod is a life saver when trying to clear out all of those extra tidbits you get from questing.
Adura  [Autor] 13. Jan. um 17:44 Uhr
@dead_toyrobots: The name should be something like adura_skyrimmerchantmod.esp

@Babyzeff: Read the FAQs --> Buy the stand from the NPC at the Jarl's keep.
Babyzeff 13. Jan. um 1:41 Uhr
I cant seem to find the stand in whiterun and i checked next to breeze home
dead_toyrobots 12. Jan. um 21:33 Uhr
@Adura i tried that, not luck; what dose it come as? maybe I removed the wrong one
JesseYork55 12. Jan. um 21:03 Uhr
Great mod, but I wish that you could put your items on the little shelves without having to put them there manually.
Adura  [Autor] 12. Jan. um 3:46 Uhr
@hawkgav: Have the key to the house in your inventory for Windhelm.

@dead_toyrobots: Go to the Skyim launcher, then to "Data Files". Find this mod and untick it.
dead_toyrobots 11. Jan. um 21:56 Uhr
i tried removing the mod becuase i wanted to start a new and for some reason it wont turn off... any suggestions
hawkgav [UN] 10. Jan. um 23:07 Uhr
Great mod, but i have found a bug, i own the house in Windhelm but the guy doesn't recognize that i have one so can't open the stand HELP ME
OwenCain 6. Jan. um 13:36 Uhr
I love this mod, even without the voices, it allows lots of room for roleplay and expands the way you can obtain gold :D
Oldman_Jankins 5. Jan. um 2:29 Uhr
Amazing mod but it needs some voice acting.
AmaDraque 3. Jan. um 15:54 Uhr
Great mod. I'll definitely try it out once I have reacquainted myself with the game.

"To-Do List: - create a buyable and customizable Inn, Player House-Shop, warehouse and perhaps an empire to build."

Now those ideas are uniquely awesome.
Winged_Doughnut 1. Jan. um 19:29 Uhr
my voice isnt working for the npcs
SWAGGYSUPERSGT 31. Dez. 2014 um 20:24 Uhr
ok awesome. i got it to work. thanks. its really a great mod!!!!!

and if i could add, maybe with an upcoming update put in placeable racks or shelves kinda like a bookshelf so we can display items like a store. because its near impossible to manually set up stuff.
Adura  [Autor] 31. Dez. 2014 um 18:55 Uhr
might be BreezehomeHouseVar instead. It's whatever variable is kept in the HousePurchase quest.
Adura  [Autor] 31. Dez. 2014 um 18:54 Uhr
setPapyrusQuestVar HousePurchase WhiterunHouseVar_var 1
SWAGGYSUPERSGT 31. Dez. 2014 um 18:08 Uhr
i dont mind paying for the stand. i just dont want the house. it sems like a great mod just dont want the house. but if you could get the FULL console command it would be amazing
SWAGGYSUPERSGT 31. Dez. 2014 um 18:03 Uhr
ok thats fine what is the actaual command i should enter? i had trounle with it earlier

Adura  [Autor] 31. Dez. 2014 um 15:54 Uhr
@SWAGGY: That console command makes the game think you've bought the Whiterun house (if you switch Solitude for Whiterun), allowing you to BUY the stand without owning the property.

It may or may not prevent you from buying Breezehome in the process, further testing would be required and I have no intention of doing it myself >.<
SWAGGYSUPERSGT 31. Dez. 2014 um 15:10 Uhr
i want to set up a shop in Whiterun but dont want to go through the process of buying it. is the console command the same for solitude?
Hodd Toward 24. Dez. 2014 um 16:18 Uhr
It worked! Thanks so much! :D
Adura  [Autor] 24. Dez. 2014 um 11:26 Uhr
@Hodd: Here is a potential solution, though it may affect (i.e.: ruin) your ability to buy the house naturally...

The mod checks a specific variable to determine if you've bought a house. You can switch this variable on through the console:

setPapyrusQuestVar HousePurchase SolitudeHouseVar_var 1
Hodd Toward 24. Dez. 2014 um 11:06 Uhr
Blast it all, my business is based out of Morthal and I'd love to make a stand in Solitude. Could there possibly be a change that makes it so you dont have to own a house in the city to buy a stall? c: My character isnt combat oriented so the quest necessary to get the solitude house is near impossible for me
jjb-54 24. Dez. 2014 um 8:12 Uhr
@ Ichy42....

So you did - My bad, sorry I missed it. Please accept my apology.
Ichy 42 24. Dez. 2014 um 5:53 Uhr
@jjb-54 I AM using that version of Breezehome, actually said so on the 3rd line of my post... The whole point was that I can't place a dagger in the *dagger display case* on the counter since I installed the Breezehome mod. Not a huge deal, just wanted to point it out.
Adura  [Autor] 23. Dez. 2014 um 22:35 Uhr
what jj said :P
Thanks!

@shdwmstr: It probably won't happen, but if it ever does, it'd happen over the summer when I'd have actual free time.
jjb-54 23. Dez. 2014 um 17:17 Uhr
@ Ichy 42 - Get Breezyhome Fully Upgradable by Sku11Monkey. It is THE best Breezyhome mod, IMHO. ;)

@ Mister Ether Dec 14
This ( Enchanted / Smith Upgrades ) has been talked about. Sadly BETHESDA has not issued the code/script to allow for these prices to be carried over like this. :(
jjb-54 23. Dez. 2014 um 17:14 Uhr
I have found: WINDSTAD MINE to be a great mod to go with this mod.

You can sell:
... Raw Ore - LOTS OF THEM!
... Ingots - LOTS OF THEM!

You have a lot more Ingot stock to make Weapons - Armor - Jewelry and such. It increased my stock supply :)
Ichy 42 17. Dez. 2014 um 16:34 Uhr
So I felt the sudden urge to mod Breezehome for some reason even though Riverside Lodge is WAAAY better (actually it was to correct some issues from another shop mod that ruined the building on me). I'm now using Sku11M0nkey's Breezehome and the modified version of your stall, it's awesome, everything works without a hitch but for one tiny exception: The dagger display case will not accept *gasp* a dagger. I mean how's poor Lydia going to defend the stand from looters and bandits with the Thane away on business (aquisitions and all, travel intensive you know) and all the guard's weapons and clothes for sale in the chest not two feet away from her? Sure she could grab the overpowered scythe dangling precariously from the side of the stall but then she may put a tear in that fantasticaly slutty chinese dress that gets her so many sales... Hrm... if only she had easy access to a dagger.
shdwmstr.blackdragon 17. Dez. 2014 um 13:19 Uhr
Have you decided yet on whether or not you will be adding a stand to Maekarth? Markath has a few spaces aavailable to put one there.
Mister Ether 14. Dez. 2014 um 6:18 Uhr
This mod is decent so far and I really like the direction, but still needs some work. Not being able to get the prices from enchanted items was almost a deal breaker for me. (I didn't check if it had the same problem with weapons/armor improved by blacksmithing; does it?) I eventually worked around it and really like the mod. I had some suggestions I'll post in the thread.

Oh, and I am pretty sure the problem in Solitude is because the path to the stand is too narrow. My housecarl wouldn't even attempt it, and the hired shopkeeper would keep walking into the front of it. By charging into the shopkeeper a couple times, I was able to knock her to the left of it, at which point she finally found her way to the chair.
Chaos 12. Dez. 2014 um 18:57 Uhr
Having a few issues with this and any mods adding tree etc to whiterun sadly :C
Adura  [Autor] 10. Dez. 2014 um 16:39 Uhr
@Ichy 42: You're hilarious :P

Hmm, Solitude doesn't usually have problems =/ (Windhelm can get a bit difficult at times though). What about hiring the Shopkeeper at the Solitude Inn to run the stall? I made them for when the housecarls are jerks :P

Also, Riften is the second best stability-wise, so maybe consider that one instead?

(Stability order: Whiterun >= Riften > Solitude >>>>> Windhelm)
Ichy 42 10. Dez. 2014 um 7:21 Uhr
@Adura: Tried that first, actually. I suspect it may be a pathing issue and to that end I suggest moving the stall to the little empty area at the base of to stairs leading to the patio (added bonus: no bards playing flute on your chair if you feel the need to complete the bard's college. I did to see if it would help, didn't... and then I flew high above the city and used the moveto command... ("I didn't do it, noone saw anything, he must've slipped officer, I mean what was he doing playing the flute half a kilometer in the air? Seriously. Just spoony, I tell you").

So this is the only real issue I've had and otherwise I love this mod, wonderful concept and it's helped immesly in returning all of the... err... *merchandise* I've sort of "borrowed" from passers by; occasionally to their rightful owners, even... What? What I'm going to do for now is uninstall to get that shop out of there, make a save without it, then reinstall and just be content with Whiterun for the time being.
Adura  [Autor] 9. Dez. 2014 um 17:19 Uhr
@Ichy 42: Try putting this mod as the last one in your load order.

@Rcmxbox: A modified version is hosted at Sku11M0nkey's Breezehome Fully Upgradable page.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11158/

@jreese46: ^_^

@Specter: Don' remember it =/
search for things with the keyword 'Adura' in the console, and she should pop up.
Ichy 42 9. Dez. 2014 um 9:13 Uhr
Short of dragging her out and ordering her to sit in the damn chair I cannot for the life of me get my housecarl in Solitude to man the stall. I mean Lydia, for all her attitude, LOVES the shop and will sit there in Whiterun until midnight sometimes without a single complaint but for some reason this snob from Solitude just wants to play musical chairs in the kitchen...
Rcmxbox 7. Dez. 2014 um 10:23 Uhr
Can you put this mod on nexus i have to many mods and it will download all the other mods first before this one (i have 268 mods on workshop) if u put it on nexus it would be nice so i i can download just this mod and not have to install all the other mods first thank you!
jreese46 28. Nov. 2014 um 12:13 Uhr
Awesome! :D
