This would be a funny idea, specifically for demo, making him irish instead of scottish (is that nationalist/racist? I dunno how they feel about being mixed up >.>) and a leprecon... but the actual model here looks choppy and the texture looks so mono-toned and cheap. If this were a mod that replaces some hat -- even Ghastly Gibbous, I wouldn't download it, because all the other hats in-game look more polished and natural. This sticks out like a sore-thumb for the game's art style.

Better luck next time, or next redesign, if you do so.

Good idea, but it looks like you took an image and pasted it onto the heads of the mercenaries.
