Just what I was looking for!
I had another mod installed that altered the textures of the execution hood (making it look more like Scarecrow's mask from Batman Begins) and was a little annoyed that you couldn't craft one in game. My thanks for this!

It would be cool to reverse pick-poket this item on some1 so you can take everything from them and around them alot easyer. Basicly blind them like AbyssalUmbra said.

I was wondering if you could make something that you wear where when you kill someone, it's always a dramatic kill. I have no idea if this is possible, but if it is, it would be much appreciated. :P
