Well quite an easy and simple level... short too sadly.
Wouldn't really call it a tower, more like a 3 story house.

figured it out, i just have to rename it to mp_coop_name.bsp for it to work.

Try Verifying game cache, usually works regarding those types of issues

how come when i download some portal 2 maps i get something like 1380782345.bsp? maps with an outcome like that dont work.
