Patch has been released to fix the Windows 8 64 bit not running issue.
Yuuki Nov 5, 2013 @ 1:58am
you can save the game, just not in the middle of a level. the game saves when you finish each level.
Darkill 4K Nov 3, 2013 @ 4:24am

Comments on saving. There are difficulty settings, quite a few. There is a save whenever a level is completed. So you can put down the game at the end of each level and come back with progress. There were a few comments on the fact that it didn't have in level saving, but we always felt that constant save reload to try to complete the game at a high difficulty level than the player could deal with was not needed. What we wanted to focus on post launch was internet play, co-op play adding some game types and levels which we did do. If you feel that its the most important thing that we do saving and enough people agree with you we would probably do it. Let me stress again, there is progression saving, eg at the end of each level. I consider this saving and there are many games that use check points or progression save systems.

@epiphanygames - Haven't bought it yet; just found that (can't save during singleplayer mode) as the common complaint of the critics. Given that I don't play much coop/multiplayer and plays mostly singleplayer, it's sort of a concern.
Morgan from Epiphany  [author] Nov 1, 2013 @ 5:23pm
Steam serials, so we are going to try to hook somthing up that has a button that sends you a steam key, but I don't know what I can do yet because im still reading all the Steamworks stuff and waiting for my key to be able to make the build. When its ready for Steam you will have a key or the abilty to get the key. But I still need to set it up etc.

Hi, so saving games within levels we thought made the levels easy. There is also a difficulty scale. The campaign does save progress so if you are not progressing properly on exit thats an issue. Technically there are some reasons not to do it (mostly to do with branching data and co-op mode; what if mid co-op campaign you want to play with someone else etc) but we could have done it we chose to do other features instead. Tell us if you think this is a real issue, because we would like to know.
jecal88 Nov 1, 2013 @ 4:11am
Is it true that you can't save in single player mode? Is there a good reason for this?
Ricyn Oct 31, 2013 @ 3:18pm

Ok, so for us we need to do lots of Dev to get it on say linux or mac. If there are enough sales to support on going dev, its one of the things we want to do. We have costed it and its a big job, but we like other platforms and would like to get the sales to support going there.
sounds like a wooosh Oct 24, 2013 @ 11:31am
No comment about different platforms?
Immanitas Entertainment  [author] Oct 24, 2013 @ 11:02am
@Vulenoy We think we are close but in the end it's all about the votes from the community so as long we are are not Greenlit every single vote counts and every support from your side helps. If you like what you see please spread the news and support us. Many thanks :-)
Vulenoy Oct 24, 2013 @ 10:42am
How close is this to getting Greenlit?
sounds like a wooosh Oct 24, 2013 @ 9:05am
I like that you are actually answering questions here. Nice! – I would like to ask myself how you think about other platforms as I only would play it on Linux.
TaD Oct 24, 2013 @ 6:51am
We definately need more strategy games like Frozen Hearth! All thumbs up for this game!
Immanitas Entertainment  [author] Oct 24, 2013 @ 6:45am
@sayler_ Of course, everybody that purchased the game from Groupees gets a FREE steam key for the case the game is going to be released here on Steam.

@Brian_Farnet / Zeroxx: No need to maintain your game on various points. There is no Desura key system inside the game, the keys that are available at Desura are from our own key protection system so there is absolutely zero difference. No matter where you have purchased the game: with the key you got it will always be assured that you get all updates automatically and have the latest version. No worries please.
Morgan from Epiphany  [author] Oct 24, 2013 @ 4:26am
The keys we provide, we provided to Desura, so I'm willing to talk about Desura Keys but we provide them anyways.
Brian_Farnet Oct 24, 2013 @ 2:34am
Bad call not to give us Desura keys, PLEASE reconsider
zeroxxx Oct 24, 2013 @ 2:08am
Please provide Desura keys for bundle purchasers. I am not willing to maintain my game collections on various points.
sayler_ Oct 24, 2013 @ 1:33am
In case i purchase it from Groupees "Build a Greenlight 4" will i get a steam key when / if the game gets on steam ?
WombatGhost Oct 24, 2013 @ 12:20am
