I think it has bug inside. all other staffs, except for this one, all have flames. And according to the images above this one should have flame. If there is a glitch plz fix it! I was waiting this since last year and finally i got a whole pair of twisted light + staff! NJ!:d2puck:

A slight reduction in size (if possible) and some texture to the wood of the staff (it looks varnished, and a bit too smooth) and it would be perfect.

I think the only reason you guys think it looks too big is because it has a large end, it's darkly coloured, and it's quite the shiny thing.

really looks way too big, 75% should do i think. also you might want to work on the shading of the wood ( less specularity ) and add a different color for the leather tape where he puts his hand, maybe the red that can be found on his cape? also, rimlight intensity seems a bit high.
other that that it's really cool.
