@Lebowski It was a close call between The Heavy and Pyro, ultimately we decided on The Heavy, but it'd be simple enough to pyro this thing up. :)

@KelpPlankton The preview image is the old one, it now uses the pyro lightwarp instead of the default weapons lightwarp. I'm updating with images as I go~

The shader is the wrong kind, you've got a strong cel-shaded look and TF2 isn't cel-shaded. Try to copy the lighting rules from another TF2 item, something like one of the Pyro's gasmasks would be good.

Thanks for the input guys! I'm going to go over the texture and put a seam along it, dirty it up etc. The idea of a tape covered tear; I was thinking of having that as a second style.
Vincent Vega: I originally had it waist height but it has a lot of awful clipping issues with a few of the heavy's anims.

It's cool, but maybel it should be at the waist instead and I agree with Astro Pyro: it should't look so clean.

Ah, now i see. Looks much better. Suggestions is making it not so clean. Maybe a little differation of paint, and maybe a little tear covered in tape. Just a suggestion though.
