Updated the manifest poycount.
Added 2 quad faces to the Scouts sabre belt... to equal the soldiers.
And now I'm done.. I hope.

Repositioned the scabbard on the Soldier & Scout. Putting it closer to the hip.
Added 2 quad faces to the scabbard belt tops, main models.. and forgot to update teh manifest polycount for that. :\

Created a folder structure & manifest to match the new import tool output.
Reworked the model & Textures.
- Scaled the sabre down, to fit the soldier better.
- Gave the Scabbard a more narrow shape & rounded opening.
- Created a 3rd LOD.
- Merged the Sabre & Scabbard textures into one.
- Changed the UV & Texture layout.

Included 3 styles of paintable textures: (As seen in the pic's of sample paints)
- Tasteful & Refined
- Fringed & Marginal
- Garish & Overbearing
Included 1 basic (non-paintaed) texture.

- Added a couple of faces to the Sabre's hand guard... smoothing a curve.
- Darkened the hand guard, from a bright yellow.
- - Included 4 different shades of the current texture... just in case.
- Re-worked the scabbard's texture.
