Major rework for mission spawning, hideout behavior, respawning...

Missions are found via intel on dead bodies, but there are also various gang areas spread around. If you listen you can probably hear some Raekwon in the background..

Hideouts are shared with everyone on the team, unlockable (go to the Fence in each region) and upgradable.

Added some custom respawning behaviors (and sounds)

Reworked drug cook mission ( can do multiple times and buy ingredients at shops)

Reworked Mastermind & Ghost skills ( stamina boost goes to ghost, heartbeat sensor to Mastermind. Mastermind also gets free t[hugs] ).


Added drug use... (refills stamina + can heal up to 75%. WIP)
Added tractors
Added more variety of gangster equipment
Added drug precursors to shops
Adjusted AI skill and damage taken
Adjusted infamy levels
Fix car deletion bug when player is driver

0.1.3 and 0.1.4 combined changelog:

-Added another airport zone (south island)
-Added gas delivery mission (hijack a gas truck to get it)
-More variety in weapons from gangsters and police
-Added "scaling" to gangster clothing
-Added some more job types "drug deal"
-Moved shady shops to "penthouses"

-Changed spawning ranges (all zones now spawn at 700 by default, jobs at 350)
-Changed shady shop intel to 10k
-Changed job spawning behavior (now has easy/medium/hard/kingpin difficulty)

-Reduced random jobs to 3 from 7
-Restructured intel & job difficulty (easiest jobs from gas, more difficult from shady shops, random on bodies)
-Changed drug cook to allow multiple cookings
-Fix bank balance overwrite issue
