The Tractor Beam

Yet another fairly simple puzzle. I'm still pretty new to this whole puzzle making thing. This is only my second puzzle. I'm sure you'll know what to do once you're playing it. Please let me know what I should do to improve, and let me know what I did right so that I may continue doing it.

Also, so far I've had none of my friends test my chambers, so I don't actually know how difficult it is, since to me all of my puzzles will be easy since I made them. So... I am pretty sure that this is easy, but meh.
