Second, acquire charred skeever hide. (I don't care how you do it)
Third, have the Alchemist perk (with a couple of points in it) and the Benefactor perk under the Alchemy tree.
Fourth, get some alchemy enchanted gear. (you'll want it decently strong, at least 10% increase per piece, mine were at ~35%)
Fifth, put on said gear and combine the charred skeever hide and dragon claws on your alchemy table.
The result will be a restore health / restore stamina / cure disease potion that will be really, really expensive. (and powerful, in case you just want to use it)
