Adds a backpack to the basement of Haelga's Bunkhouse.
Included is an activated shrine to Dibella.
All the items increase your speech skill.

The pack has:
1 Dibellan Circlet
1 Dibellan Robe
1 Dibellan Gloves
1 Dibellan Boots
1 Enchanted Ring of Speech
1 Amulet of Dibella

I always imagined that a Dibellan robe would be something... ummm... less. Super-skimpy, diaphonous gold weave with a lot of skin showing. Take a good look at her statues for inspiration.

These aren't special models or anything, just a set of novice mage armors to help with a quick boost in speech when it's really needed.
