No Comrade Lukas this is not that mod because this is a random encounter mod.

Question: Does the mod changes daggers into enchanted daggers? I'm using a lot of mods and one of them makes daggers always beeing powerful enchanted weapons. But I prefer to use normal weapons... Is it this mod that changes every dagger in the game?
