Guardian angel is a new enchantment for rings or amulets.

Revision 2 - added random chance

Whenever your health is low you will get a protection increasing your armor and grants magic negation.
The ring can be found in Whiterun, Dragonsreach on a dresser in the basement.
You can disenchant it and use it on any other ring or amulet.
