Nicely dramatic story, even though it ends in a cliffhanger. I like the unobtrusive camera work, it feels pretty much like a proper movie; that is, the viewer forgets the camera is there, and it has movie-like camera angles and dramatic close-ups.

Good animation most of the time, except for the RED Pyro on the bridge (arm movement), and most of the walking (but that one's hard as most TF2 classses lack proper walk animations in the game files). Good facial animations, too.

The colored lighting was a bit off-putting. Did you use filters, was it intentional? In the scenes at the beginning, everything was tinted reddish, then in the Engineer's workshop and in BLU base some character models started flickering between normal colors and bright blue, even the RED Spy had brief flickers of blue. That looked rather strange.

And I still don't get the importance of the spark plug. Why didn't the Soldier give him money? I've seen a model of bundles of dollar notes in other SFM videos.

Re: the people who have wondered about the mottled texture of the RED Spy's suit: The in-game model of the Cut Throat Concierge really looks like that. Under certain light conditions you can see that the Spy "got blood on his suit". Literally. It's more obvious on the BLU version of the suit than the RED one. The first time I saw it in game while taunting I wondered about it, too.

It had good parts, but it still needs some work. I know that walk animations are especially hard in SFM, since most characters (except Heavy) don't have proper walk animations in-game; so why not avoid them in all scenes where you don't absolutely need slow walk?

Why does the camera keep focussing and unfocussing in some scenes?

I really like the story. It starts off a bit slow with the Spy just sitting around. The walking movements are really rough. I don’t quite understand the significance of the plug, was that just the way Soldier identified the target? At first I thought he wanted the Spy to plug it in to the robots or something. The weapon load out for the mission was fun. There seemed to be a flame texture on his coat that came and went depending on the lighting. I like the way the Engi flexes his mechanical digits, the sound effects were nice there too. It looks like you had the Heavy holding a Rescue Ranger, which is kind of odd. Love the action, especially with the knife throws. Nice touch sappin the spybot and having it turn its head around. It looks like it would have hurt the way he picked up the cigar though. Very nice menacing Soldier with his robo army and a good cliffhanger at the end there. Can’t wait to see what happens next! Good work!
