描述
This is a prototype to a game I have been working on for a while now. The game consist of a few rooms and a couple of enemies. After the fourth room, the player cannot progress further.

I am using this build to test the gameplay, graphics, engine and to gain feedback on what needs to be improved.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.


Controls:
arrows: movement/aim
Z: Jump/ double jump
X: attack/run
Enter: Pause
Any feedba back would be much apprecieated.

You are refering to the 2008 build of the engine. I am using a 2011 rewrite with much better collision detection an some faster code. I used it with some AI code I wrote for a game I made last year called "The Squares: The princess in the castle".

It says Kyle engine, and i used it in 2008. " used by mazimadu " , maybe i'm wrong, just going to leave that out there.

So the mushroom pushes you as you get hit? That is funny. I will fix that.

Also, I am looking for music for this game. If anyone knows where I can get some apporopriate music for this level let me know.

Well theres one problem with this, Not saying its a bad game, But removing this glitch would help, Whenver there is a mushroom beside vines, If you jump the mushroon and hit the vines causing you to get hurt, You fall to the bottom of the vines and it pushes you until you hit the bottom on the ground attached to the top of the vines, It plays the hit sound repeadiatly and killed my ears o_o

Wow this game is amazing. Although wouldn't it make more sence to use the space bar as the jump button?
