Winterhold Home - Solemn Refuge

Beskrivning
A small, humble hunter/fisherman's home in the run down town of Winterhold.
Half-buried in snow, it lies among ruined buildings of the once great city.
The interior features food that would most likely be the diet of a community
so far north in these wintery and icy conditions, mainly horker meat, cheese
and eggs.

Great for those who want to roleplay as a hunter or fisherman braving the
freezing conditions, or just for someone who wants to own a piece of property
in Winterhold other than the arch-mage's quaters.

The name of the house is "Solemn Refuge".

==Update Version 1.0.1==
- Added a chair in front of the hearth.
- Touched up the navmesh a bit (the navmesh is the field in which NPC's can navigate within the cell/house).
- Rearranged some items so that it looks better when untouched.

I've all but decided to abandon this mod. If anyone feels like expanding upon it, feel free. It was a short, exciting, but ultimately temporary, dive into the world of modding. I am by no means an experienced modder, nor will I probably ever be. If people out there like this, do me and the world a favour, and feel free to tweak, adjust, add, and subtract anything you wish and share it with us. Thanks for the support.

Lmao! No, you can't take followers into this house. They refuse to go inside. I found that out the hard way by going there with a follower, and he would not come in. He just stood outside in the snow, looking stupid (and cold). I would say that there's always the inn for followers to stay at, but, as long as you have them following you, they will stay right there, outside that house, in the cold, cold, snow and wait for you to come outside again.

I'm glad you did share, as I usually don't play mage characters I almost never have a house in Winterhold. The only problem with this mod is that I can't take followers in the house, but then again I don't use followers much so it isn't a big deal to me, and if I do they'll just have to find another way to get out of the cold, cold snow :)

@overshadowed.lily
I'm glad you like. :) Initially I made it for personal use only, but I thought that I wasn't the only one who wanted a proper house in Winterhold instead of the Archmage's Quarters. There may be some bugs within the house, so let me know if you find any.

I'm afraid that such a task would be way outside my wheelhouse. You would have to be a class A modder to even consider such a task. However, there is a rather large part of the fanbase who have already said that they would like a Winterhold-rebuild DLC in the future, you can go to http://forums.bethsoft.com/forum/118-skyrim-general-discussion/ and make your voice heard.
