Like LPChip, no matter whether I'm subscribed to the map, it doesn't appear in my queue. Check for antlines and singleplayer tags as fixes. Does it show in your own queue when subscribed?

shoot a portal from the room with the laser into the room with the laser catcher and the two pedestal buttons (through the gratings) - then jump into the funnel - I think the rest should be clear^^

@LPChip, I had the same trouble with with pedestal button. Flinging doesn't work, bouncing on blue gel doesn't work either. The solution: use the blue funnel when it's available.
