TE-Alt Moabit

It is April 29th, 1945. The Soviet 3rd Shock Army under V.I. Kuznetsov is launching a massive assualt through the Moabit district of Berlin, pushing along Alt Moabit street towards the Moltke bridge, Berlin's last defensive line. Stalin has made it clear that he wants the war over and the Reichstag taken in time for the May Day celebrations. After 4 desperate years of bloody struggle, the war has become the personal crusade of almost every Soviet soldier and civilian. As the morning fog lifts, the end of this war is finally in sight...

However, opposing them remains the equally desperate remnants of the fading ♥♥♥♥ empire. While hundreds of thousands flee the city, a patchwork assortment of volkssturm, elite SS, and police forces have been cobbled together in a hopeless effort to stem the tide. Outnumbered 20 to 1, this force stands no chance of holding back the inevitable, but what they lack in cohesion and equipment, they more than make up for in steely fanaticism. It is too late to surrender, and there is nowhere left to retreat...


Notes: This map was designed for the Immersion Overhaul Mutator, and is hopefully best balanced for play on that mod. Because of the verticality of the map and various other reasons, bots are not very good, but you can still play with them.
