Chernarus Redux Water Fix

Beskrivning
This is a fix for the cloudy, murky water that comes standard within Chernarus Redux. For all you water lovers like myself you may now use your diving missions. This mod only changes the Ocean parameters and not Ponds.

Cheers @super J for making this mod and allowing players to see underwater. I think the Cherno Redux map config changed & that is what broke it.

Appreicate the time & effort you put in to make this happen.

This mod is no longer required. And Axios is right it will break new Chernarus Redux.

There is ni more murky water. This will also break version v0.59.
