UPDATE: the Boots no longer require a bodygroup as they now cover the medic's default feet entirely.

This is the Primary Weapon for "The Zombie Fortress of Dr. Nedic" pack, which was only a pseudo-pack last year

I am also trying to update my other halloween items from last year. I already have mostly fixed up the chainwrench(couple things need to be done), and my next priority is the grenade launcher and voodoo doll disguise kit.
