Prototype 97C

Descripción
This prototype Test Chamber designed in 1979 by noted physicist Albert Kurtsingburg features a classic example of the Replacement Dilemma.

++

This is the first test chamber I've created. Please let me know your feedback in comments: I'd be interested to hear what you think!

UPDATE 1: Revision 2 changes the test signficantly. The chamber is now far less finicky, introducing a new testing element that should eliminate any of the previous trial and error. As a result however, the chamber has become signficantly easier (in my opinion). It will no longer be infuriating, but it won't be particularly challenging.

UPDATE 2: Revision 3 introduces some light changes, namely fixing a bug where you could get trapped (thanks Panda!) and making it slightly more long-winded to grab the cube.

Nice clean chamber. I didn't see any issues.

Thanks for the feedback: I've incorporated a fix into the latest revision. :)

Nice light fun. Also could you put a portalable wall above the cube switch so that if one were to get caught in the funnel they could get out again :-)

Cheers Eric! :D

Yes, it is easier to solve now. But the fact that it's not the hardest puzzle I've done didn't make it any less fun and unique.

Problems relating to the trial-and-error nature of the ending of the chamber have been fixed in Revision 2. However, the test is now easier than I had hoped. Maybe I'll have to invent some kind of new obstacle... :P

Yes, I'm aware of the problems getting the cube onto the button at the end: Experienced a lot of times the cube physics-ing out and moving off the button for no reason. The current setup should activate the button most times, but it may require a few tries.

It is a very unique and fun puzzle, but on the part where you need to get the cube on the button for the lift, it is too difficult.
