Misc junk-item crafting

This mod enables crafting recipe for some "misc junk items"

recipe for steel ingot:

1. charcoal*4 + iron ore*2 = steel ingot (this one changed the vanilla recipe iron ore + corundum ore)

2. coal01*2 + iron ore*2 = steel ingot (only available when you have coal01)

some craftings:

1. soulgem fragment*2 = petty soulgem (only available when you have fragments)

there are 5 types of fragments, you should have 2 of same type

2. broken weapon handle + top = weapon (only available when you have both parts)

currently, some of them only in DLC or can't be obtained without console, but I made all, maybe some broken weapon part will be obtainable in next DLCs!

torch crafting:

1.Torch Oil + charcoal*2 + roll of paper*2 + firewood = torch*4

2. Torch Oil + coal01 + roll of paper*2 + firewood = torch*4 (only available when you have coal01)

Torch Oil can be crafted in cooking pot, by using:

Troll fat, Spriggan sap, dwarven oil (you should have at least 1 of these to enable)
the texture of Torch oil is same as troll fat, it's a food, but only gives you damage stamina regen -30%!


2013/3/27 update: change the recipes for torch
2013/4/4 : add a recipe that you can cook 'taproot' to get torchoil! since UESP wiki says that 'taproot' is same as 'dwarven oil', so I think it should be a type of oil.


## for some junk item such as 'quill', 'linen wrap', I have another addons, but there are many similar mods such as
'ArrowSmith'(dawnguard) and 'Craftable gift'(hearthfires)
I think those are better than mine, so, I don't need to upload them :|

Although I have some other ideas:
'linen wraps' for 'molotov bomb' (like WWII), 'goat horn' for 'horn candle' like a torch :D
But they all need some advanced modding skill!
