Akasha used to appear in men's most haunting visions during the night, tearing the fabric between dream and reality every time she haunted their minds and bodies, until the day she was summoned to the realm of the living on the whim of a sinful King.
Unable to be recreated as her true self in the physical realm, parts of her demonic flesh and bones turned into metal. That metal was unknown to any human and warm to the touch, and melted any living's creature flesh if it were to be touched for too long.

I made these shoulder horns as part of the set "Mechanical Flesh" for the Queen of Pain for the DOTA 2 Polycount contest.
